easy to purchase & good shipping time!

I wanted to wait to write this review, to test the products. Flower Knows usually never misses with their products, the blushes are beautiful, the packaging is always so ethereal. They're mainly the only makeup brand I use, sadly the Shell's Jewel collection palette in the shade '01 Moonlight Pearl' isn't as pigmented as I am used to from this company. It's wonderful to build with, but I do think this particular shade could of had more pigment. Other than that everything I own from them is 100% perfect.

I had a good experience overall. I bought one of the lucky bags and was pleasantly surprised by what I received. I have kind of an olive under tone and the colours I received are a perfect match for my skin tone. The palettes were well protected by thick plastic. I received my order within the time frame I was given. I was very worried after reading the negative comments, but I took a chance and everything went well. The only thing was, when my package arrived in Canada, I received a message saying that my package was out for delivery, and it stayed that way for five days with no news, then my package appeared at my door!

Honestly, I regret spending $139

Received a partial order mixed with other colour products that were not part of what I ordered. This is a rip-off, and I truly feel cheated. If it weren't a Christmas present, I would have sent everything back! After numerous emails which didn't get any answers about missing items, as they keep saying, " Ah, it's just some parts' colours cause we ran out of what you ordered, so we sent what we have cause we can do whatever we want with your money. They offered $30 compensation. Laughable as it is not! Partial order: what I got was blue instead of pink. The brush from the bundle didn't receive it, which I think is worth it at $10-$20, so I’m actually getting some of my own money back. They should be ashamed of themselves, as their products are not cheap, and people expect to receive what they paid for! I feel conned.

I came across Flower Knows on YouTube and my first order was the advent. I was so impressed I ordered a couple mystery boxes and so surprised how many items I received and they are absolutely beautiful and the products are good quality.

First package :did not arrive all products,after complain we have received voucher for 70$,what compensated the lost,but we have wasted a lot of time....so 4 stars

Pallett missing from the package and they are telling me just because the package was not tampered with that the item was in there.
Cannot take fault that it clearly was not enclosed at thier end.
Will not use again

When they refund you it’s through a company called SEEL. The issue is if you live in a different country that doesn’t have USD $ when they refund you you’re still out of pocket. My order was $50 USD.. in GBP £ it came to £45.68 at the time. When refunded I only obtained 85% of the value I paid due to currencies - if they company had refunded via Klarna as that’s the method I used to pay I wouldn’t be out of pocket for something

Honestly shocking customer service. When you talk to customer service it’s an ai chatbot. However it’s clearly rubbish at the job. You have to chase up so many times to still get no response or get a response from people that don’t even read your issue. I was told by the chatbot that my order was cancelled after I asked it to. Then I get an email a few days later saying it’s shipped? Contacted them multiple times and keep getting told it’s been more than 24 hours so they can’t cancel. Even after uploading the evidence. Going to dispute this with PayPal now.

Gorgeous makeup wonderful quality. Shipping takes two weeks but it arrived on the earlier side of thier estimate so honestly no complaints

The, first time I saw Flower🌸Knows I fell in love!! It, was the most unique stunning and beautiful makeup perfume and 🪞 that I had ever seen!! Nothing, like it anywhere!! June 1st, 2023 was the first time I had bought some items from them and that was it!! They, are my very 💖 favorite brand, ever!! Every, collection is created with such love and care to detail!! Their, blushes 🩷 and 🪞 are always my favorites 💖 from each collections!! To, anyone who has never had anything from F🌸K you must!! And, The Sweetie Bear Coating Lip Jelly, is top notch for the most prettiest softest lips 🩷💋 ever!! And, The Sweet Bear Dual -Ended Brow Gel & Pencil is the best that I have ever used!! And, I also use the Pencil part to contour my nose, it's awesome!! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

They never disappoint and always help when needed.

I’ve been using their makeup from different collections for the past 5-6 months and it always comes together how I want.

I purchased from the website and, while the shipping was costly (I live in the US and given the state of things, it makes sense so I wasn't too upset, still sucks that the cost is put onto the customer) they have a deal on their website where if you spend $100 you can bypass shipping costs, aside from a few premium items (I tried to order the Strawberry Milkshake perfume to reach around $125 but it added a $15 shipping cost.)

The time it took to get here was just fine. Generally things from overseas take a while and I'm patient with shipping.

My package came in good condition and all the items were stored neatly and packed to make sure nothing would break in transit.

The packaging is, of course, detailed and exquisite and the product formulations are luxurious in their feel.

I ordered the cleansing balm, a lip gloss, and a $50 mystery pack. All came in good condition and I have been using everything consistently aside from a swan ballet lipstick that wasn't quite the right shade for me (it was a mystery pack though, so that's completely understandable.)

My favorite products have been the cleansing balm and lip gloss:

The cleansing balm is scented with a bright orange fragrance (which can potentially be an irritant, but it hasn't been for me) and melts away my makeup easily. It has good slip as well, making it easy to apply and rub to break down make-up and sunscreen without pulling the skin. The emulsification process is also quite simple, not needing as much water as my last cleansing balm, the green tea + vitamin e cleansing balm from AOA. It leaves my skin feeling clean, but not stripped and well prepped for a foaming cleanser. It comes with a small applicator spoon type of tool, which has a good weight and feel to it. Overall, I have no real complaints about this product.

The lip gloss is the strawberry dreams gloss in the shade blackberry jam and I adore it. It leaves my lips feeling hydrated and glossy while having a beautiful pigment. On bare lips, it's a bit sheer, making it difficult for it to look even (at least on my lips), so generally I tend to layer this with a lipstick or lip stain. Be forewarned though: this product does bleed a little. Using a bit of lip liner easily nips that issue in the bud, but it's necessary to mention. It also stays wet for a LONG time, making your lips stay glossy, yes, but also making it a little difficult to wear on windy days when my hair is blowing in my face. Overall, few minor complaints that can honestly be applied to any pigmented gloss like this, but great product! I get lots of compliments.

Side story: When I took out the lip gloss, my coworkers flipped out because they had never seen a Flower Knows product in person.

Really good experience overall. Comparatively new customer, had my ups and downs with the products but the customer service team was always very helpful. Only wished the mystery bags were not as repeated and had more variation. I got atleast 9 to 11 of the $50 price but a good purchase for sure, was able to give them as gifts. Keep up the good work, products are really good!
