Ordering and delivering were fine and the flowers arrived on time on the day I selected which was in fact next day so I was pleased with that. However the conditions of the flowers were suboptimal, so many rose petals were in the delivery box as a result the roses falling apart. Would be better to ensure better security of flowers within their packaging. I’ve used many online florists and they have never arrived in a condition like that so it is definitely avoidable.

They were very prompt and the flowers were beautiful matched our company's event perfectly.

Will definitely be choosing Flowers & Plants Co for our next event.

Ordered a large bunch of the Sunny Joy bouquet for my mum for Mothers Day. Received the flowers and they did not look fresh at all. Followed the instructions on the card, however the flowers still did not perk up.

Not even had the flowers for a week and they have completely wilted.

Got in touch with the company received the most unhelpful email from Angelica saying they can’t do anything.

I will never ever purchase anything from again!!
PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHAT SO EVER.

Rubbish company and dead flowers on arrival! I ordered these as a gift for Mothers Day purchased via Selfridges but the quality is honestly rubbish. Several of the stems arrived completely dead, and the rest look like they’ve seen much better days, wilted, browned at the edges and lacking any freshness. No food supplied although I had paid a lot of money for the flowers. The website displays a presentation box on the photos but none was actually supplied. It’s embarrassing to give these to someone in this state. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money.

My daughter in law bought me a gorgeous bouquet of sunflowers for Mother’s Day I did everything I was told to do and within a day the were dying .this isn’t right surely they are supposed to last more than one day ? Gutted

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day - I paid for morning delivery - they never arrived in the morning ofcourse - I called them and they told me that during high volume days like Valentines day they extend the morning delivery service up to 4pm (so I got conned paying a higher fee and getting regular delivery service) - they told me rest assured the flowers were scheduled to be delivered on valentines day and I would recieve an email they were on the way

4PM arrived and nothing - no email, I called and called no one picks up, no voicemail just silence - by the time we headed out for our dinner resevation past 7pm at this stage - still nothing arrived

I honestly wish I had done what I have been doing for years and going to the shop, buying the flowers myself but I thought i'd do something different and got screwed - its now 15th feb - no email, again I called and no one picks up

Good thing this was on a credit card, so I will be doing a charge back and getting a full refund - I dont want any credit/gift card nonsense as I dont want to deal with this company again

It’s a scam. Spent over £100 on a bouquet just for it to never arrive on Valentine’s day 🤢.

You’re better off going to a flower shop and buy it yourself to save time. The irony 🙄.

I ordered flowers for a special occasion paid extra for a morning delivery over two weeks later and got a e-mail on the delivery day saying they would be delivered between 17:00 Hrs and 18:00 Hrs. I emailed customer service twice no reply then called twice. first call they would try and get them delivered before i left home at 13:30 Hrs Second call told they can not even refund they would have to pass it over to another team on Monday but they where quick in getting the flowers redirected back to them very poor service i will never use again
