It was not helpful thar the delivery was left on the doorstep.

Lovely flowers for a new home , gift card was printed with only one name instead of two.

ordered 2 days before required date, flowers were delivered on right day and very much appreciated as they were a birthday present

I expected a a bigger selection of flowers . 2 bunches purchased, £45 and £35, but was very disappointed in them when they arrived. I will not use this company again.

As Ibought as a gift I cannot comment on Quality or delivery but the recipient waspleased

The flowers came to me instead of my friend. I sent you an email immediately to say I had put in the wrong name for the recipient and gave you the correct name but it appears to have been ignored.

There was no card and they were addressed to me.

Delivered on time and in good condition, the flowers are lasting well.

So greatful for the customer services to help me rectify my errors. Such a lovely email too!

I had interruptions while I was doing the order and missed sending the address. Customer service were really helpful and resolved it for me.

Delivered next day in perfect condition made my mum and mother in laws day

This was the first time that I have used Flowerstore. They arrived on the right day and the flowers were fine. However, there was a card inside which was not the card that I had chosen and it was also blank and did not have my message on. I felt very disappointed and it took the edge off a nice surprise for the person that I had sent it to! I am wondering whether I will use Flowerstore again!

This is what will set this company apart from others when things don't go as planned. Problems will always occur in business, it's how they handle them that makes the difference. Impressive .... and the flowers are beautiful.

For my cousin's graduation, I ordered the Lisbon bouquet. NGL, she was in awe of how vibrant and fresh the flowers were. What I loved most? Their video made her feel like a pro while arranging them. You won't believe this, but she said it was the best gift!
