Awful service with lot's wrong

The website description says:

"Roses and white Oriental Lilies are perfectly offset by lavender carnations, purple mini carnations and lavender statice to create an incredible flower arrangement. Presented in a designer lavender glass vase featuring hand cut accents, this mixed flower bouquet is a wonderful gift to send in honor of a birthday, anniversary, to offer your congratulations or to extend your thanks and gratitude."

The picture on their website features 5 large white lilies, 8 purple carnations, 7 light purple carnations, 6 white roses, and severl sprigs of greenery. It is also in a fancy clear glass vase.

What I received was HARDLY the premium package and didn't even have any lilies. The bouquet is quite thin.

Counting the flowers, I got:
4 white roses, 4 purple carnations, 3 white daisies, and several sprigs of greenery including some babysbreath. (why the daisies??? She hates daisies, they should have called to confirm)

It was in a vase that looks like it's from the dollar store and is super generic, not the one featured on their website.

The note is also hand written and has typos! I double checked to make sure that the typos weren't on my end, but the confirmation email does not have any typos.

Then, on top of all this, the order was a full 24 hours late! (I guess if we take the latest time of 7pm it was only 20 hours late). So much for the 'same day delivery' fee.

All of this is unacceptable for a price tag of $120 (what I paid with shipping and tax)

Was there a mistake in the order? This show up somehow on your end as the regular package and not the premium package? Where are the lilies?

If they provide any updates to my order, including a refund - I will update this review.
