From the initial contact with Chantelle & Chris to the installation I was kept informed of progress & all my many questions were answered quickly & professionally.

The Solar installation team of Chris & Sam & the apprentices Alfie & Henry were friendly & professional and did the job to a high standard.

The roofing team of Dean, Alan & Tom also seemed to do a good job.

The result is that we have a system that is starting to make a difference to our monthly electricity bills.

We are glad we went for a Tesla Powerwall & Solar panels as we have had a few opportunities with Octopus, our current electricity provider to play the game of going off-grid and getting extra points in times of high demand.

The only downside is that we should have done it sooner!

Very professional team. Initial visit from Gary with a lot of information. Excellent report and proposal. Visit from Chris the electrician also excellent and although our original plan of using existing cables did not work out, the overhead solution was a very satisfactory alternative. Minimal disruption to our shared access. Very tidy and professional installation. Worked late to complete. After sales troubleshooting timely and helpful. All staff very courteous.

Right from the start the approach was professional. Gary with whom we had initial contact gave us a clear and comprehensive quote without any pressure. The scaffolders, fitters and engineers were equally polite and professional. Rob an Harry did a fantastic job with the internal fittings. It wasn’t an easy route from our loft to the Mains input under the stairs but they managed it brilliantly.

FES recently installed 10 panels with battery storage. The whole experience from discussing requirements with Gary and the installation by Harry, Rob and Chris was very professional. The detailed 24 page report about the installation and projected energy savings was excellent and gave me confidence in the company. The installation of cables and batteries in the garage is of a high standard, neat and tidy. Neighbors have recently commented how great the panels look, I would definitely recommend FES to anyone who is considering installing solar panels

I can’t recommend them highly enough. The entire process from initial contact and system design by Clayton to site visit, installation and commissioning by Chris, Sam, Harry and Alfie was done in the most professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and the installation looks so neat that part of me wishes it was installed in my new kitchen for all to see.
I am so impressed that I have recommended the company to two people who are considering fixing a PV system.
The best part is that since installation I haven’t used and electricity from the grid!

After approaching a large number of suppliers I found that Flowing Energy were the only people not to put obstacles in our way, or force their opinion on us.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

After promising that scaffold would be taken down on three different occasions, we are still waiting for it to happen.

One of the main reasons we went with Flowing Energy was the fact that they have an in-house scaffold team and they were adamant that we'd only have to wait a few days to check that everything was working and then it would be dismantled.

Absolutely no issues at all with the install. It's great - all works well - team arrived when they said they would and explained what they were doing. No problems at all on that front.

We delayed paying until there was a confirmed date for scaffold to come down. Day came. No team. We got a phone call to say they would be there over the weekend. No team.

We went away on holiday and came back to find the scaffold still there.

Called to enquire why and was told it had been marked as job complete.

They apologised and said it would be down first thing next day.

Guess what?

Fantastic service from start to finish. We decided we'd like to change our configuration for greater power output the day before installation was due; this was no problem, and we were only charged for the extra equipment despite this pushing the install into an extra day. From initial quote to operational solar system well under a fortnight, and everyone who came on site was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very satisfied customers here, we really can't recommend them highly enough!

This company have just installed a solar panel and battery system in our home. I am very impressed with experience and professionalism of all the people we have encountered working at this firm. The installation process was efficient and the team were very considerate and professional in everything they did. I have nothing but praise for them and can highly recommend this service from start to finish. All was cleaned up and left tidy at the end and the whole job looks very professional. Flowing Energy Solutions installed Solar Panels and Battery system to generate and store unused generated electricity. The quality and workmanship from all their team involved in the installation was first class. Support in setting up system to export unused electricity generated was provided in order for me to fully optimise solar energy generated.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of the installation of our solar panels, including suitability of the proposed system, the installation of the panels and the excellent guidance given by Clayton in respect of information required by our electricity provider. Excellent istallation by the team and great communication from start to finish. The process was easy and everything was clearly explained to me at each stage. Payments we easy to make and the office team were extramly helpful. The scaffolding came down within two weeks of completion and the lads who came to site were very poliet and I had not issues at all.
I would highly reccomend them for their seamless service.

The company provided excellent service up until the point I paid the final payment, especially the work of the installation team was very impressive and satisfying. However, this company required a final payment before the scaffolding was removed, and my nightmare began the moment I made the payment. The appointment to remove the scaffolding was postponed three times without any notice, which ruined my three weekends, and the gutter frame that was broken during the scaffolding work has been left unattended for over a month since they promised to fix it. To top it all off, I have not received any replies to my emails since the deposit.

so, I can recommend this excellent installation team but hope to warn you not to complete your payment until everything is completed.

[Update] Within 1 week from I uploaded this review, this company fixed the damaged gutter frame. So I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

Flowing Energy Solutions has provided an excellent service for us. From the outset, they were efficient and helpful. They explained the different options to us and ensured that we understood the implications of getting solar panels on our roof. They appreciated the importance of our concern that the final installation needed to be sensitive to the aesthetical appearance of the house. The team that came into our home were considerate of our needs and despite having a large number of personnel on site, we felt that the whole operation was running very smoothly. It was ably led by the project manager. The installation team explained what they were doing every step of the way. They always cleared up any dust that thy had made in the house. The roofing team were skilled and made a big difference to the overall final appearance of the roof. When the installation was complete, the project manager went through the details of how to use the system very thoroughly. He was clear about all of the technical features of the installation and helped us to understand how we needed to change our routines in using electricity to make the best of the system. They supported us in going through the practical aspects of finding a provider who would give us the best deal for exporting any surplus energy that we were starting to make. We are delighted with the service that we received from this company and would heartily recommend them.
