App is great Had some problem at the beginning and guys realized it and send me message if I want a help.I accepted and David set up everything properly and made some setting chances and now I have lots of new subscribers andmy email campaigns making great conversion for much less cost.

I needed help with creating a pop-up for my website that will provide a discout code after subscribing to the mailing list and David helped me do that. He was very prompt, friendly and informative!

This is great for those just starting out and trying to build their business.

I've tried different email marketing apps and this is by far the best. Flowio doesn't have any effect on your shopify store speed which was also really important for me. It also offers more options to customize your emails than any other app I've tried (and I've tried many - don't even get me started on that). Also, they have a reasonable pricing plan, which most apps don't (and their apps suck)!

Customer support is BRILLIANT - I usally get support from Vincent who always goes above and beyond! Even though I only spoke to Vincent a few times, he managed to establish a trustful relationship on a level were I feel we've been co-workers for some time!

Have tried Flowio for a few days now and I gotta say I enjoy the simple 'flow' of Flowio. There were moments when I needed assistance and the help pages were straight to the point and provide all the details via text and images to help you understand the app. Overall, I think the app has a lot of potential to be one of the best for what it's worth. Thank you to Vincent on the Flowio team for being responsive and helping me with questions I didn't even know I had.

The app has been great so far. The UI is very easy to work with and well laid out. Vincent has been great giving us a demo and explaining how things work. He's also very quick to reply to any questions we have. Highly recommended.
