Seriously loving these pouches. Since I work from home, I use these every day to help give me that extra bit of focus so that I can power through. Flow is absolutely amazing! I've tried all other non-nic pouches and Flow are by far the best... other ones I tried were all too bitter or kinda chemical, but Flow tastes by far the best. I like wintergreen the most, but sour apple and citrus are also great. I used them to quit nic - it took about 2-3 weeks to get rid of all the cravings, but now I use them just to lock in when I'm working. Shipping is also pretty quick - it took like 3 or 4 days I think.
