Pretty flowers, free delivery, free greeting card. Best overall in Copenhagen, price-quality.
Very bad delivery experience with BFT logistics, their delivery partner. Left flowers outside of apartment building, in the rain. Did not ring doorbell, did not call. Poor delivery experience for what is meant to be a meaningful experience of a delicate product.

Ordered delivery to hospital.
The delivery man found the room of receipient but kept calling my name. So of course noone answered orpicked up flowers. I received a call from the angry currier complaining that he spent 20 min trying to find the right person but it was none and reception had no clueon where to look for her.It all ended up him leaving the flowers at reception and the recepient having a good lough that flowers actually were close but never made it to her:)
