Would highly recommend Sharlin
Sharlin was great from session 1! She guided me to find goals I wanted to work on and identify areas I didn’t know I needed to work on. She supported me to use strategies to help me, with a trial and error approach and was open to the idea that not all of these work for everyone. She was really supportive throughout my time with her and encouraged me on this journey. I can’t believe how much better I feel in such a short period of time.
