I was looking for another alternative to my current options flow app I use. Someone had mentioned this is what they use so I gave it a go. However, when I signed up with the enticing 50% off the first month, the app seemed extremely incomplete. There was placeholder text in certain pop ups, there was literally 0 tutorals in their, wait for it, "tutorials" tab.

I contacted them via their site chat and emailed twice to get a refund but no response whatsoever. I even gave them the entire weekend (I signed up on a Friday) before contacting them again. Still no response.

I had to call my credit card company to request a chargeback for this.

Emailed Flowtopia multiple times to request a cancellation/ refund and have received limited communication in return. I was billed for an entire month where the site said I had to purchase access (I already had) and was unable to view options flow — yet I was still billed. I then moved to messaging flowtopia directly on X where they apologized but have yet to cancel my account and/ or refund me. Save yourself the headache.
