If I could leave a zero-star review, I certainly would. I've had services with Fluctis in the past, and they were one of my favorite hosts a few years ago.

Something's changed. They now have a new, absurd policy that they can keep charging your PayPal account even after cancellation, the servers themselves seem to have tanked in quality, and customer service leaves tickets unanswered for a near week.

Word to the wise: Do not do business with Fluctis. You WILL get burned.

It's good!
The host itself is good, not much lag. The panel is easy to use.
The main issue is the support. They can take from an hour to 1 week to reply, however it's not that bad as the staff are very kind, and they always know a way to fix any issues quickly.
The prices are really cheap, which is good since most over hosts are outragously expensive.
UPDATE: I would recommend Fluctis to anyone who wants a decent server, but I would recomment larger hosts for more than 6GB, as I realised earlier the max is 6GB But I don't see that as an issue. Anyway, I would definitely use again, and will continue to use!

I've been with Fluctis for over six years now. I've had Minecraft server hosting and webhosting with this company, and I've spent hundreds of dollars over the span of time that I've been with the company. Fluctis used to be a great company that was cheap and reliable, but it has turned into an absolute mess and disgrace. I started a small business this summer, and it took about a week for them to move my webhosting from one domain to another. Although it was frustrating, I thought it may have been a result of high tickets, the owner being ill, etc. (I understand that there can be times that warrant longer wait periods, etc.) Finally, I had access to the webhosting, and I set my business up. I spent DAYS building my online eCommerce store, and I was proud of my hard work. After spending around 80 or 90 hours building my store, I made a backup and stored it outside of the public_html directory. Three weeks later, I go to my store to check to see if there are any additional orders present, and I discover that everything is deleted--including the backups. All of my hard work, dedication, and money spent on marketing has been completely wasted because Fluctis deleted all of my data. I lost hours upon hours of hard work due to the ignorance of this company. I'm sure I'm losing plenty of business, and the reputation of my company--which started less than a month ago--is probably quite lackluster due to my non-functioning website. Fluctis used to be a good and affordable company, but they're now less reliable than a self-hosted website. Spend a few more dollars and go to a webhosting service that won't delete all of your files and backups for no apparent reason.

It's terrible. When I've created my server, I wasn't able to log in, because of the letter "ř" in my username. I've contacted support about this and it took 2 days for them to respond, only telling me that their boss will solve the problem, I've waited two more days but nothing has changed. I've asked for a refund, they've responded with "we'll add 2 weeks to your subscribtion", but I'm not interested anymore - I've bought a server elsewhere. After 7 days of waiting, my problem was still not resolved, I'm unable to use my server and I'm probably not going to get the refund I've asked for. Avoid this hosting.

It's god damn awful. The panel is extremely slow and takes ages to respond, TPS is anywhere between 5 and 15 and variates all the time. And now for some reason the server has shut itself down and I can't get it back up. 3 days into the plan.

I host my server for about 2 years now at Fluctis. They are great for the price! The support is a bit slow but is getting a lot better.

I would recommend hosting at Fluctis if you are on a budget, I mean what can you expect for the price.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought a month of hosting. The server crashes with minimum load, constant lagging, support takes days to get back to me. Perhaps their premium servers are better but I would steer clear of their budget ones.

This host is god damned awful. They have bad customer support and their severs always crash due to high cpu usage.

They randomly did a full reset of our entire map without sending in any backup files or giving us time to do that either.

With my 1 year with Fluctis, I have finally come to the conclusion that they are an extremely unreliable hosting provider. The support takes weeks if done via their panel, not to mention getting a response which in itself is even more rare. Servers are constantly having CPU issues at peak times, and entire nodes just going down. Bungee setup is painful, and setting up a fast reliable MySQL database with them is even more so. (Databases can take seconds to response to single queries)

They never use social media, and their website never has announcements for maintenance or scheduled offtime. Not to mention their control panel is painfully slow, and partially broken.

The gamepanel is slow both their old and new version. My server only started for a few hours and then I was never able to turn it back on again. The support is terrible - they either say to you they will sort it and don't or they just ignore your ticket.

I wish I could give 0 stars.

The customer support is probably fine but the server we got from them was terrible. We were paying for what was six dollars at the time, and it was supposedly their second to best server. This server lagged with just me and my brother playing on it.

Playing with their 5 gig plan with two people crazy lag spikes don't waste your money, also I don't think they have a support team.

Scammer company, horrible customer service. With horrible I don't mean that it's bad, it doesn't even exist. I bought one of their "Minecraft Premium 1GB" service, for some reason I couldn't login to their control panel in no way. Opened a support ticket about it, stating the problem and even providing a solution for it. No one bothered to answer.

Today I got a mail from them saying: "This is a notification to let you know that we are changing the status of your ticket #514144 to Closed as we have not received a response from you in over 120 hours."

Oh really? Sorry but I AM THE ONE who didn't receive a response from you, not you.

Now I want to cancel my product and it doesn't immediately cancels it, rather "sends a request" to cancel it. Now I'm afraid that no one will bother to cancel it either and they will just keep charging my card, I guess I'll just call my bank and request a new number for the card.

Stay away, never buy anything from them for your own sanity.

Crummy Support absouloutly terrible service and you lose players from like 4 days downtime then they dont come back. Its been an endless cycle for me. And for many other this doesnt even DESERVE a one start its more of a 0 star from me.

they stole me 192$. STAY AWAY!!!

The service is cheap but the quality is not that good. My website is down all the time. Which is something you do not wish when running a webstore...
Also the owner let's his family and friends write 5 star reviews.

Disclaimer: It is true that Fluctus Support is slow and cryptic, but apart from that...
In my own experience, you cannot find better hosting anywhere for the same money (at least not on the Fluctis Premium plans) if you know what you are doing and can deal with some very-brief support responses that can be frustrating when they leave you having to figure some things out on your own. Overall, I began with a Realm a little over two years ago, then tried McProHosting for a while, then installed Java and Minecraft alongside a website I manage at BlueHost, then moved to VPSCraft with a true VPS (CentOS and cPanel as well as Minecraft to manage), then ultimately landed at Fluctis where I can run 20 players lag-free on 4GB for $15.00 per month. Those are the hard facts in my own case, and all else is mere commentary!

Used their services in 2014. Stopped with their services back in 2014. Al of a sudden they charge me in 2018 while not using their services since 2014. No response from their customer support.

Terrible have been with them for 5 years. Recently requested a refund on a minecraft server after 6 hours of purchasing as to put it off for a couple months. They reply to the ticket with their going to contact a supervisor then no replys and then they close the ticket. Stay away from them . Save your money
