Ordered from these scammers. They say the delivery was made. Two months later they said Check with postal service and neighbors.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They should be criminally investigated. I ordered garland on November 7th. I received it February 5th. I repeatedly wrote to ask where it was and was never given any information. I wrote to PayPal to complain and ask for a refund and miraculously I received it within a few days. Now I have this garland that is total crap. It is extremely cheap plastic, and not at all what their advertising showed. Also when I tried to find out where it was coming from, I was assured that they had warehouses all over the country. Nowhere did they indicate or imply that it was coming from China. I am stuck with this crap because I have to send it back to China for a refund. There is no tracking available, so they will only say that they never received it back. Right now when I write to them, they are out of the office and never reply. I've tried twice to get a response, but nothing.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 4 garlands back November 2024. They sent me 1 month of fake emails, after contacting pay pay they sent me a plastic version nothing like the photos. PayPal told me I had to send it back for a refund which I did. I had to send it to China, but I have since found out that when you put returned goods China makes them confirm which they never do so they won’t receive the goods and not give a refund. This is a dishonest company save your money at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS. I ordered Christmas garlands on 11/8/2024 and still have not received these garlands as of today, 1/07/2025. When I placed the order, the shipping time was 2 weeks. Last tracked in Huntsville, Alabama on 12/9/24. I have emailed and repeatedly asked for refund and the company refuses as they say they have already shipped. Responses look AI generated. Please see multiple reviews citing the same scenario. It is very obvious the company is aware customers are not receiving their item but refuse to issue refund. FRAUDS

Do NOT order from this company. I feel scammed. I ordered Christmas garlands on 11/8/2024 and still have not received these garlands as of today, 1/06/2025. When I placed the order, the estimated receive date was at the end of November! I have asked to cancel this order, and the company refuses as they say they have already shipped.

Please DO NOT order from this company. I ordered Christmas garlands in the fall and still have not received them. I have made at least 10 requests for a refund, and they just keep saying that my Christmas garlands are still in transit. This is January, 5, 2025. I have demanded refunds and have been told that they cannot issue a refund until I receive the order. THIS IS A SCAM.

Do NOT order from this company. The ad is absolutely misleading. What I received was nothing like the photo. Flimsy, small, had a strong odor, and was plastic. They have terrible customer service-I just opened a dispute through PayPal and will contact BBB as well.

I ordered 2 x garlands from Fluctatek beginning of November 2024 the tracking said they had made their way through USA to UK and were last in Oxford over a week ago. It's now 17th December 2024 and they've still not been delivered, no further updates on the tracking. I am guessing I've been scammed and they were never going to be delivered.

I ordered 4 garlands on 9/11/24 as their website says advised international delivery would be 7 to 15 days. It is currently 13/12/24 and the order hasn’t arrived.

Like other reviewers are initially had problems with them withdrawing significantly more than the website exchange rate suggested at checkout, so contacted them immediately to cancel the order. The order wasn’t cancelled and shipped a few days later anyway.

I’ve since been in contact with them a further four times to request a refund due to the delay in delivery (I’m currently on 33 days and counting - tracking updates stopped completely a week ago.)

Although the company does respond to my emails, it’s only to tell me to keep waiting for the parcel to arrive.

I ordered is seasonal goods that are no longer relevant due to the delay in delivery, which has taken more than double the maximum duration they suggest online, and they overcharged in the first place.

I will continue to request a refund, but would just advise others not to bother ever ordering from them if you don’t want to be overcharged and receive nothing!

Ordered garland on 4/12/24 still has not arrived. Stuck in Belfast it seems on the 3/12/24. No update since. I have emailed today but so far no reply. I will be taking this up with PayPal. Not impressed at all

I ordered two garlands from this site. Within several minutes I decided to cancel the order due to the fact after the currency exchange the price doubled. I almost immediately contacted the company on their website. The website indicated there is a 12 hour window where you can cancel the order. I cancelled the order within a few minutes however it was several days before they answered my request. At this time I was told the item had shipped and could no longer be cancelled. It has been 2 weeks and according to the tracking number the order has barely moved. I feel this company purposely ignored my request to cancel . Still waiting…

Just received what I would call a cheaply made vest, first off I ordered a 2x an received a small, an from the looks of it , this garment wouldn’t stop a pellet, let alone knife or bullet. Not happy

Bought this for my daughter's school play and it was stunning. Great deal and looks really expensive. I'm not crafty so didn't want to attempt to make one, but I worried if I purchased one it would look cheap. Definitely didn't, we all loved it!

I am a teacher and these are great to wear when standing for a good part of the day. I have had trouble with pain in my feet, but not with these shoes. I highly recommend them! I also love the understated sparkle of these shoes.

Edit: The company contacted me after my initial review and apologized about the issue. Assuming it must have been a defect the company has offered to send a replacement pair! Great company and good product!

It’s so hard to find shoes good for first day of school and that will last until the end of the year. These bad boys are just it! They are such good material I have faith they are going to last even a couple years as shoes should!

True to size, good quality, quite comfy, very very cute. My daughter and I loved them and she hates shoes, she wore them longer than most other sandals/shoes that she wears other than her crocs. I will be getting other colors for next summer. So cute!
