Thanks Flue Direct - great customer service on the phone answering my questions and made me feel at ease. The flue is great quality according to my guy that installed it and it arrived a lot quicker than expected which was a bonus! So much cheaper than other places I’d been quoted yet the quality was extremely high. Wish I’d found this place sooner and will definitely recommend.

Easy to deal with. Good quality products. Had to return an item which didnt need in the end. Was refunded promptly. Highly recommended

Disappointing customer service. Before you purchase, bear in mind that there is a very short return window for any purchases and there is no flexibility around this. The advisor dealt with was not willing to work with the purchaser to find a resolution. I would now be reluctant to use them again for any future installation equipment required for renovations.

my order put in early December was not delivered by early feb so I cancelled and returned for a refund which is still outstanding. I had no heating all winter despite the sales chap saying the flue would be with me in 5 days. great I thought... I had to organise the return from their supplier and am still awaiting the refund..

I just wish to say thanks very much to the Team at Flue Direct. There was an issue - part of the order damaged in transit I believe and a few marks/dents as a result of this (I would suggest the courier was at fault, not the supplier). Victoria sorted the issue out amicably, swiftly and professionally to my delight; replacements have arrived and they are spot on.

It was lovely to speak with Victoria a couple of times on the phone and I look forward to installing the chimney flue in the DIY wood fired pizza oven that I am finalising this coming weekend.

I wish you every success with your business going forward from here and would be happy to recommend you to friends in the future.

Constructive suggestion from me would be to try to update the website to ensure there are photos of all products or reflect the item/s ordered. Nevertheless we can all make improvements with time! :-)

Never believes the customer, bad products, poorly made, avoids questions like an MP, hides poor products behind the "it's hetas approved" answer.
The first on the reviews is one of the owners so don't believe all that's on here.
And scared of the reviews.
