Flue arrived in excellent condition

Flue arrived in excellent condition. Boxed and wrapped to protect it. Price was amazing. Discussed delivery with Tom on phone as I had problems with another supplier who sent 2 flues in plastic bag that were damaged on arrival. Tom was very polite and assured me that their flues nearly always arrived in good condition. On delivery the driver helped me check the flue on arrival to ensure there was no damage. Driver was very polite. Thanks for a very easy purchase.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication and fast delivery. I placed my order on Sunday afternoon, within an hour I had email confirmation that it was being dispatched, and it was delivered Tuesday. Highly recommended.
