The design service we received from Fluent and Sonata in particular was fantastic. They really listened to our requirements and came up with creative ways to solve space related problems. Their experience was greatly appreciated and we are looking forward to proceeding with the build.

The service we have received so far has been excellent. It has been simple, straightforward and stress free. The entire company, from the initial visit from the architect, to the designers and planning department has been first class. They submitted our plans and the planning has been approved without any worries. We look forward to working with them on the structural/building regulations before we can start our exciting project. They have great ideas and always listened to what we want and made sure the space we envisaged would work for our needs

FLUENT's team have been assisting me with my project for a loft conversion and rear extension, handling everything from the initial design phase to submitting the application and making amendments. Vlad, in particular, has proven to be an exceptional designer, tailoring his work precisely to my brief and offering invaluable insights. We managed to finalize the design in just three revisions, thanks to his expertise. Elaine has also been incredibly helpful, diligently following up on the planning application, communicating with the planning officer, and promptly sharing any updates with me. Their team has truly made the entire extension project far less stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend FLUENT.

We worked with Fluent Architectural services for rear/front/side extension and have been impressed with their services from Day1. They are very professional and each and every member on the team we dealt throughout the phases was amazing.
Sonata was our planning Architect and she is just AWESOME. On our screen sharing sessions, she was so quick on understanding the requirements, helping us with possible options to satisfy them and putting together them on a design plan as per rules/dimensions/standards. We were able to finalize the plan for such a big project just on 2 sessions.

I dealt with Sunny, he drew up our first set of plans within the timeframe I was advised. He was then very quick to make any amendments whilst providing on what would/would not be advisable with regards to getting our plan through the relevant permissions.

A pleasure to deal with, made the process easy and basically did exactly what he said who would do, when he said he’d do it.

Good service with clear communications in the whole process

Fluent were recommended to us by a friend for a house renovation and extension project we wished to carry out. From the very first call we had, the team have been professional, knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond. We are not experts ourselves and Fluent have guided us at every step, have answered our questions in full but at no point made us feel anything other than a valued customer. They have a small practice level of customer service and partnering, with big business knowledge and experience.

We were recommended to use Fluent by a satisfied friend. They were great from start to finish. We worked with a few members of the team and all were professional, responsive and patient. Especially Sonata whom was fantastic.

Pleased to have found Fluent for our project. Definitely made the process less stressful. Multiple packages available and you are free to use as little or as much as you like. Planning application team particularly helpful with guidance of what is likely to be approved in the area.
We would use their services again.

Waste of time and money. Fundamentally produced drawings that could not be built. Offered zero options on the plans, tried to constantly sell me additional products, bad mouthed me to my builder saying the plans not working was my fault for not spending more money with them. Shocking

Fluent helped to ease a challenging situation and achieved the intended outcome. The team approached the project professionally and collaboratively, providing support every step of the way, from initial planning to guidance with objections from the local authority. Elaine Kimber played a key role in obtaining approval from the local authority despite initial objections. I would recommend the Fluent team.
