I've uploaded text which was generated by google express, and it was absolutely out of stile, not fluent at all and some of the sentences didn't make any sense as they were out of context.
Editing from their side was awful, they just edited 5-6 words out quite a big text of 2500 symbols.
I wrote them with a feedback and asked to make a refund and they are simply not answering my messages and letters.

It is useless and expensive. I have provided a context and asked them to shift the writing style. After charging $15, They corrected the grammar mistakes (which the free version of Grammarly can do).

In one line, Grammarly is way better and handy than this product.

* I understand I'm not the one who should be the critic here, but some proofreaders' work doesn't look really professional.
* Have you ever thought about adding an option like "allow reformulation" to give proofreaders more freedom in editing texts?

Great service, I've been using it for a long time!

Sometimes I have to wait more than an hour. Sometimes after your check my teacher of English (native speaker) with CELTA certificate finds mistakes.

Everything is good, but sometimes you can get irrelevant translation or some grammar mistakes.

I would like to thank all the teachers for their support and valuable help. I haven't checked any texts recently, however, I've been using this app for several years. I really appreciate this opportunity to be able to have checked all the texts and even short sentences. I feel extremely elated! Thank you so much!

Overall this site is helpful, and I plan to use occasionally. However, UX is a bit confusing. There were several times I ended up paying twice for the same text. Also customer service is not so responsive. Response is slow and they don't seem to take responsibility.

It is generally good, but I do not recommend using this service when you write texts on specific topics.

I like it. The service is affordable, quick and convenient.

I like fluent.express for its speed, usability and great quality. However, I find it extremely annoying to get bills for every 4.99$ I spend. I have to upload dozens of bills in my accounting system and have to pay my accountant for all that extra work.

I used the service for a couple times. To my opinion, i like it because it is available 24hr and quick. I can also ask questions to the reviewer too.

I design a lot of courses for my students and always want to make sure my texts in English are correct.
So fluent.express is my life saver for very reasonable money 👍

Please make this service also in German language!!

The overall is very good! However, I would like some word suggestions that would fit better in a sentence (for example like in deepl.com).
But so far, I use grammarly, deepl, and fluentexpress combined.

Good service, some times the correction takes a lot of time and, it is superficial.
