My Get Started kit arrived today earlier than anticipated which was great. The instructions are easy to follow. I found the emails with tips and pointers I have already received about how to get started very helpful. As a result we have hit the ground running . I have had unexpected success with my first button. I am sticking with Fluent Pet.

These buttons seem more sturdy than the first shipment of buttons I got last year. My dog is extremely gentle (does not even squeak his toys) yet last year we went through 5 buttons very quickly (less than 6 months). I'm optimistic these new ones will last longer. I do feel like there are less word choices that came with this package though. I am going to get more creative with some of the pictures I guess.

The product was delivered promptly and was easy to set up. The free training boot camp was helpful and the woman took more time and even set up a second zoom meeting when the first one expired. I really appreciated this because she took the time to answer everyone’s questions. Very impressed.

They do not have a phone number. One phone call can solve an issue that may take numerous emails and considerable time. Also, in their web class, my question was not answered and it was a simple question of a term I missed.

I am very happy with the buttons, and everyone I've talked to has been extremely friendly. My only problem with the product so far is that one of the tiles is an extremely bright yellow. I am highly photo-sensitive, so I can't use that one.
Unfortunately, when I went through checkout, my browser auto-filled some of the information, including the use of my deadname. I had thought that I had fixed it, but either it didn't take, or I missed it somewhere. I contacted support, and they got back to me very quickly and it sounded like it had been fixed, but I keep reviving emails with the wrong name including this one asking for a review.
It really hurts to see the wrong name, and its making it harder for me to use the product I purchased. The voucher that came with the buttons is under the wrong name, and the emails are addressed to the wrong name. I am really not sure what to do about this.

The idea is great. But in addition to the significant battery problems frequently reported, my GSD with his heavy feet frequently popped the buttons out of their base, flipping them over and disrupting his ability to communicate. He is really excited about this new way of communicating with me, so we are going to see if there are more well-built products for him.

My senior cat loves her buttons! The hex tiles, edge pieces, and buttons are of good quality, and shipping to Canada was fast and easy. There are plenty of helpful articles and guides from FluentPet to help set you and your learner up for success. I’m already ordering more buttons to expand her soundboard—she has a lot to say!

Arrived before I expected. It was still over £100 despite the discount, due to shipping to the UK and taxes. I did not find that out until I had basically agreed to pay so would have liked a heads up on shipping before then
At the moment there is a big pause between pressing the button and it sounding. However my cat is still on target practice with a post-it note so I have a while to work it out I think

I had trouble connecting the unit with the app and wifi.
Then it kept disconnecting and forcing me to add the base again AND the buttons. I have 8 buttons!!! Technical support is not very helpful.
Great concept and absolutely love the ability to have a way to communicate with my dog but the whole technical mess is just very annoying to us.

great idea but those buttons are too small for my two 60 lb dogs. they constantly hit multiple at a time as the spacing between them is very small as well. Some buttons lose recordings all of a sudden, playing "to record a "what" please press the black switch...". Dogs tried pawing at them multiple times, and the buttons come out of their holder very easily.
