First the pillows are horrible...RUN

First the pillows are horrible. And they tricked me on price...almost double what they invoiced for what I agreed and paid. Hard as rocks.
Then on a $198 order, they billed my card $343...they sent second charge to card for $783!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took a week to get it back, and I never got the overcharge.
HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FROM CHINA>>>SLOW AND UN-AMERICAN.
Tried to return per their FREE Return Policy....well a.) I must pay to return, no RGA or label, b.) they must be in original packaging (that was cheap plastic bag vacuum packed around for cheap shipping (from China) and then if checked out they might do refund....less their shipping and handling, less any applicable fees??????? Garbage.
Lets all guess my odds of seeing any $?

Not worth all the hype

Not worth all the hype. I purchased the bundle of the authentic down firm pillows for “sidesleepers.” Only problem is, I feel like I’m sleeping on a Motel 6 pillow. They are flat and not luxury at all.

A refined touch to better sleep

I’ve never owned a pillow that looks this refined and feels this comfortable. It manages to be soft without flattening and elegant without trying too hard. My sleep feels deeper and my room looks better for it.

Falling asleep faster than ever

The comfort this pillow provides is unmatched. It feels light and airy while still giving support where I need it. I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. On top of that, it adds a nice elegant touch to my space.

The pillow is terrible!
I tried to return it within 30 days period but they don’t offer full refund!
Only 50% of the value was offered!
They said shipping to Huston their return office would cost more than 50% of the lost value!
However their returned policy says 90 days full refund and the customers from NJ are free shipping!
They are lying !
Scam. scam . Scam!!!

The company is a scam

The company is a scam. They trap you in a series of choices and then add costs unauthorised. I ordered 2 pillows and was charged for 3...the shipping was supposed to be free and cost 20 dollars, what was supposed to be a purchase of 99 dollars became $169
Considering Oprah gave us Dr Phil and Mehmet Oz...I should have known better... never again though!!

Customer service deserves a 0 star

I’m deeply disappointed in this pillow - I’d give a 2-3 star for the pillow itself, but a 0 star for customer service. I’ve been trying to contact them for a return and I haven’t received any response, even though they promise a 30 day refund.

Effortless rest with style

Bait and Switch

I ordered a hotel lounge robe on 1/28/26. On 2/3/26 I received a hotel waffle robe, which is the cheaper, thinner, scratchy robe and not what I ordered. I reached out to hello@fluffco letting them know about the mistake and provided pics of the incorrect item and received notice that I would receive a response in 24 to 48 hours. I followed up on 2/5 and 2/6 and have received no response, so I'm pretty sure I've been scammed.

2/8 Update - the company reached out I'm very confused. They stated, "As an alternative, we’d be happy to offer you a refund for the price difference of the two pillows should you wish to keep them. Please let us know if this option works for you, and we’ll process it right away." I didn't order or receive pillows and all I want is to return the incorrect item and get my money back.

2/22 Update - The company has finally provided me with return shipping info and will allow me to send the item I did not order back to them to get my money back. They pushed very hard for me to keep the item I didn't order. I still don't have my money back and I had to pay the cost of return shipping even though this is the company's mistake.

2/23 Update - I contacted my credit card company and got my money back in full so I can't be charged the restocking fee.

Just don't order from here - FluffCo is a truly terrible company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. They make the entire process difficult and you have to email daily to get any response, then you have to pay even more money in shipping to get them to give you your money back.

A magazine-worthy bed

I didn’t expect such a big change in my sleep just from a pillow. It’s supportive without being too rigid and feels smooth against my skin. The elegant look is a nice bonus—it makes my bed feel like it belongs in a magazine. Every night feels more restful.

All of the positive reviews are fake. TrustPilot - take a look at the reviews. These are functional pillows, not decorative items. Yet, all the positive reviews mention that the pillows enhance their room decor, etc.

The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable!
The return policy for the pillows I purchased was very complicated. I do a great deal of online shopping and I have never experienced such a difficult and unprofessional return policy. Fluffco does not appear to be a reputable company.
When I called to return the pillows they told me that they couldn't tell me how much my refund would be or how much my shipping would be. In addition, they said that I had to ship it back and when I received the tracking number, I had to wait 3-4 days to call them back (seriously) and give them the tracking number. Only then, could they tell me how much my refund would be. After I called them back with a tracking number, I would have to wait up to two weeks for a refund. Again, I've never heard of such a complicated method of returns. While I was on the call, I asked to speak to a supervisor but I was told that they didn't have a supervisor available. I said I'd wait but they said that the call would be escalated and they would call me back. However, I never received a call back. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to purchase anything from Fluffco. The pillows were uncomfortable and the customer service was terrible.

I ordered more than I needed to and…

I ordered more than I needed to and called right away this morning. They said it went to shipper right away and I couldn’t cancel my order. I am 77 years old. I made a mistake and now they say I have to wait for shipper to refuse the order then call again. This is poor customer service.i am extremely frustrated.

Outrageous shipping and handling charge

The checkout policy of this company is deceptive. The shipping and handling charge plus “purchase protection “ charge is outrageous. The pillows are just ok. They are not as supportive as I expected. I would never recommend this company or order from them again.
