My purchase was made on Jan. 26, 2021. Shortly after purchase I received notification that my item had been shipped. I am still waiting to receive it. I found this item through Pinterest. Since they accepted PayPay, I felt comfortable with this purchase. I have filed a complaint through PayPal. The case is presently being reviewed. Even though new tracking has been given, I doubt that I will receive my purchase. If i do, it probably be something cheap and won’t work. This company does need to be shut down. Pinterest should remove them from there website.

Bought the transparent face shield to use when working in frontline situations (as most people prefer to see your face when communicating). The mask filter is a cheap piece of sponge which falls out all the time, the mask rubber ties are cheap and gel-like - and snapped when first tried on. The mask itself is very small as if made for a child. It's also made of hard plastic, with the coloured 'rubber' edging, also being hard plastic, so cannot be moulded to fit the face in any way. So, when the user tries to talk, the movements of the jaw cause the rigid mask to come off. 1 Star for delivering from China within a reasonable time frame.

Found this website through Pinterest ads. Found out later that fluffyberry.com is a scam that use 17TRACK as their shipping method. Both are FAKE & SCAM!!! The product is never existed and they are never been delivered.

This Company is scam. Don't buy from them. They are located here in Canada but charge US funds.
The mask that I got from them is a load crap.
It's not the same as advertised after I unboxed the mask the rubber seal fell off
The filter just sit in the mask and fall out everytime you go to use it. Poorly designed
Do not buy anything from this company or any associated company Big scammers.

I ordered 2 covid mask hard case masks for the UK in mid February 2021 and gave up hope when I read the reviews.
Hey presto the masks arrived 3 weeks later.

They are perfect for jury duty, as there is a lot of waiting around with the public. The mask sits snuggly under my chin and there us ample breathing space, my glasses dont fog up! my only draw back are the elastic straps, which I hope do not snap on me.

Illegal scamming company. The operators should be arrested immediately. They sell fake goods, and illegally use images from genuine products. The company is full of lies and deceit.

THIS IS A CHEAP CHINESE KNOCK OFF BUSINESS. MY 'FCK' UP, IS YOUR BENEFIT. STAY AWAY...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. I FOUND IT THROUGH PINTEREST. THEY HAVE A CANADIAN ADDRESS BUT CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD IN U.S. FUNDS.
THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. I AM LOOKING INTO SHUTTING THEM DOWN SO THEY DON'T FOOL OTHER PEOPLE.

Terrible company, not sure if it is a company. I have been waiting for my order for 6 weeks. They said it was shipped a month ago. They sent me tracking and it said no such number. SCAM!

We are in the middle of a global pandemic and Fluffy Berry sells useless, expensive face masks that bear no relation to what they advertise. They support their sales with fake 5 star reviews.

Scamming money from people by selling useless face masks in a pandemic is immoral and sick. Only scumbags would do that.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased a mask that didn't even look like the one advertised on the website. The mask I got after waiting 5 weeks for was of poor quality and the straps don't fit and they pop off the mask. What a waste of $35.00! DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FLUFFBERRY. It is a total scam!!!!

Ordered COVID mask based on a pin on Pinterest. The mask was advertised as being very comfortable and breathable. My order was placed Feb 3, left Nanchang City Feb 8 and did not arrive in the USA until Feb 27. The masks are VERY uncomfortable made of RIGID plastic with absolutely no flex to them. The mask is not at all comfortable and the elastic straps that hold the mask to the face keep popping off. I emailed the company and expressed my dissatisfaction. They provided an address to where I should return the merchandise BUT would not provide a return mailing label. So if I want my money back, I need to pay for delivery from US to China!!!!! Most upstanding companies provide return mailing labels BUT what I have come to find out is that FluffyBerry is NOT an upstanding company. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM FLUFFYBERRY!

I ordered a marbling set from them for my grandchildren as watched their demonstration come across my social feed and believed what I saw would be so much fun, so I bought 2 sets.
What a joke! The colours were nothing as advertised! If we were supposed to mix the colours there is hardly any white paint to mix and certainly no extra bottles to do this. You only get a tiny minimum of paint which is laughable and both the yellow and white colours sink to the bottom of the water tray and are useless. Instructions are not in English and you get none of the pastel colours advertised.
Do not be conned by this company.
They do not deliver what they advertise. Its totally false advertising.
Yes you can return the item but how do you know its useless unless you try it. Then they refuse to take it back because its used! And of course you have to wear the shipping fees back to this company.
Do not be fooled by them as I was. I have to wear the waste of time and money now as they denied any wrongdoing on their part due to false advertising when I complained.
This company deserves nil stars!

I had to select a star to get to this page but they are disaster stars. We are still waiting for our order and we are happy for them to keep the money but would have liked our product we ordered. This was the first time we ordered online to give it a try they have put us off forever. Anyone reading this don't buy from fluffyberry these people they are definitely a scam shop. It is just sorry that other people don't know until it is to late like us.
