Literally no one answers emails, little to no information on the site. They make up their rules for withdrawing as they go along. They don’t accept bank statements from internet banks, but will allow deposits from these accounts. Horrendous customer service and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s being run by illiterate five year olds.

I won 106 pound and wagering requirements was 65 pound. Now app shows 3200 pound wagering requirements. They just make fool to public. They are sending letters to home. Need to complaint gambling commission about this scam

Awful company to deal with. I have won a few times before and each time has been horrendous to withdraw. You would think after verifying once or twice it would be fine. Won £700 this time and they wanted 8 pieces of identification/ verification. I will seriously be reporting this company. It is ridiculous how quick they will take your money and then when it comes to withdrawing, nothing but hassle.

Disgusting site AVOID at all costs, 3 types of ID to even withdraw and slots are terrible, the scripts have also been altered on slots to read your bank roll, winnings and activity. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE.

i deposited 100 , i have 350 in my account , i sent in my documents ages ago still nothing , contacted support to be ignored , the games are good on here but theres no support . my money is just sitting in there if this was a shop etc it would be classed as theft

Would rate it lower if possible! Withdrew my winnings 3 days ago on my fully verified account and still not processed. Tried to contact customer service numerous times, no reply. Contacted jumpman gaming...no reply. Quick to take your money then wont pay out. Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid this site, they take your money, I won over £1000 but to withdraw this money was impossible, I had to provide at least 3 types of proof of ID, sent a letter from my bank as proof of address, which they rejected. So because of this I was unable to withdraw my money even though they had already accepted 2 other forms of proof of ID. They are quick to take your money but not so quick to pay it out to you when you win, so I never managed to get my winnings. Honestly thinking of reporting them. It’s disgusting, definitely avoid

Awful awful company to deal with, trying to make a withdrawal and you have to jump through many many hoops and still want you to deposit £10 more to be able to take out your money you’ve won? They also charge £2.50 to withdraw it’s an absolute joke. Emailing support they ask for the documents and stuff I’ve already submitted and I have also emailed to complain I won’t hold my breath.

Until i wanted to review, i submitted a council tax letter twice as do not get (utility bills) in the post it was declined, i submitted the card i used twice (covering the middle 8 digits) as requested, the image was clear as day and it was rejected. both for not meeting a criteria. i received an email saying it is because the card was not registered in my name, as its my fiances. I have had to send a selfie of myself holding my ID, my partner holdiner their ID and have still not had a response. There is no phone number to call their customer services and they are ridiculously slow at responding to emails. If i do not have my withdrawal approved in the next 24 hours i am contacting the gambling association, as this is fraud. you can take my money without knowing who i am, i prove who i am and i cannot be veritified. absolute joke
