These Fluid vans fly through my neighborhood. I'm going to find a phone number to call to report dangerous drivers. Latest aggressive driver @ 3:05 pm on 12 April 2020 is Dodge Ram license plate YCO464.

In the last week I have seen a total of 4 of your so called drivers completely disregard the traffic laws in the city of Lakewood CO. Also your driver's need to learn how to drive in the snow all 4 drivers have got stuck in the snow ... The all seem to gas your vehicles roast the tires trying to get out ..maybe a refresher course on driving before the run over someone or crash your vehicles thanks concerned citizen

Never heard of Fulid until today..A fluid van just rolled into our quiet neighborhood with OVER THE TOP LOUD RAP MUSIC. So unprofessional!

Complete and total garbage. Twice I tried to rent a truck and twice the truck was not there. Five hours of trouble the first time and when they finally did bring a truck, the driver’s window was busted out, the hitch was stolen, and the interior was filled with cigarettes, garbage, and BROKEN GLASS. The taillights were busted out as well. The second time I tried to rent, I got a “sorry, I was out of town with the truck” from the lender TEN HOURS after my rental was supposed to start. Fluid’s response was to issue me a $50 credit toward my next rental and tell me there were no other vehicles available anywhere locally. Like I would EVER rent from them again?!! All I did was waste a stupid amount of time and a considerable amount of gas trying to use their service. Substandard, dangerous vehicles. Substandard customer service that can only be reached through email, leaving you sitting for hours wondering what in the hell is going on. Save yourselves the time, trouble, and gas money and rent elsewhere.

I used this service a solid 10 times and had a car rented to me that broke down 3 hours from my house. I had to pay $200 for Lyft because there was no assistance on Fluid’s end. Now I have been corresponding with them via email for a month now and have not received ANY refunds. The customer service is completely automated and the cars are pieces of junk that have hail damage, smoke smells, and are not reliable. Stick with Turo or a normal rental company.

I bought fluid mask had a great deal of difficulty with getting the codes in the box to work when my computer crashed. I reinstalled flute fluid mask it will not accept the codes in the box cannot make contact with fluid mask back up service and existent

The idea of truck sharing seemed smart to me. However, the experience was more than frustrating. After completing all of the steps required to retrieve the key, the lock box code was not working. I could not contact the lender through her phone number because it was not in service. There is no customer service number to call for help, only an email. Some how, the worker for Fluid was able to contact me. Apparently, The location of the truck had changed because the previous borrower had left it in a wrong location. I obviously was not made aware of this and was not going to be charged more mileage to pick up and drop off at a further location. The Fluid Employee let me know he would bring the truck to me. As a way to apologize for the inconvenience, I was given a code for a discount on my next truck rental. I will not be renting a truck through this business so the code it useless to me to which the employee stated I could give it to a friend. To top off the hour long frustration of trying to figure out what was going on, the bed of the truck was filled with loose hay, dirt and broken tree branches. Our already delayed move was more delayed in having to sweep the truck. I think the concept of this company is great and the pricing is good but the customer service and execution was extremely poor.

Horrible company. I rented my car and a user hit something with it. They now will not return my emails or contact me. I now have to get legal help and try to get money back. They told me it was totally covered under their insurance. Now won't even write me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It was so bad. I rented my car out to a user, who then totaled the car. Fluid gave me nothing, now I have to sue them. Horrible experience. Will never use.

Horrendous. Rented out a car, then the driver totalled it. What did Fluid do with their "1 million dollar" insurance policy? They found the car to be worth HALF of the value. I showed them dozens of pieces of evidence about how they are ripping me off. They wouldn't budge. Now I have to take them to court. DONT EVER RENT ANYTHING ON FLUID!

Posted my car on Fluid. Thought it was so awesome. Well, the first renter crashed the car.The police report said there may have been alcohol involved. Fluid said they were not at fault, after they had told me I could cancel my insurance cause they had it covered. They then blamed my car for the crash, and told me they wouldn't place the insurance claim. So, thanks to Fluid I lost my car as it got totaled, and now have to file a lawsuit against them. STAY AWAY!

From the first time I heard about Fluid, I loved the concept. I decided to test the process and posted my heat press. I also put an ad on craiglist telling people that it was available to rent which has driven lots of people.. I have reoccurring borrowers like a gym mgr that uses the press monthly to knock out custom logo shirts to sell at his gym. I have made enough money to buy a bounce house that is now avail to borrow on Fluid. I've met cool people and they have always respected my stuff. Highly recommend.

App is user friendly & has every item you could ever imagine. Love their customer service team, have booked several times through Fluid app & have had consistently positive experiences.

Great experience renting a car from a user

It won't "accept" or let me download my drivers license or any photos

Everything else looked great ...reading the website and reviews... until I entered my form of payment: the standard Social Security Direct Express MasterCard-backed Comerica Bank debit card (56 million Americans have it.) Customer Service informed me that they don't accept forms of payment unless attached to a bank account (they keep saying "debit card" but ours say "debit" right on it, so I dunno.) I then went to Western Union and got their NetSpend reloadable Visa-backed debit card. Fluid doesn't take that either. I assume they accept Visa and MasterCard just not ours, social security recipients many of whom can't have a bank account, so we're just out of luck - for now. I continue to follow them on social media waiting for them to change that policy because by all appearances, it's an otherwise lovely company. Still I can't give more than 2 stars because that's my personal experience. And that's generous, all considering.
EDIT: so if you can't have a bank account, you can't use Fluid. Thanks for the clarification.

I rented a pickup truck to haul garden materials. The experience could not have been better and the price was fair.

Fluid is an innovative app that allows for easy renting. I have rented various items from trucks for moving to a giant Jenga set for a party.

I like the idea of the app but it's basically a craigslist rental service, the company needs to be a bit pickier about the items that are available and the pricing as well. I have had a pack n' play that was a 'neighborhood need' listed on the site for over 6 months and have not had 1 inquiry... hopefully they can adjust their model to be successful.
