It a scam, i bought a bunch of stuff seeing the convenient discounts and now its been month since I've made the purchase, customer service non existent i should have known.
I found this site on tiktok and Instagram i see that is a viral type of scam because its not just this website but there a lot of of them that offer crazy discounts don't trust them easily do your hown research first.
Its a scam website. I sadly ordered pants a month ago and it doesnt say they’ve shipped yet. And when i try to contact them their email doesnt exist. Dissapointing.
The words "I should've known!" ring in my head when I was ordering this batch of hoodies for my son (who had told me about them)... and I did tell him I hate ordering stuff via TikTok or sites I do not know (with maybe no comebacks re any faults or wrong items sent, or none at all, etc.), and especially sites with no phone number or proper internal messaging system, at the very least! :-(
Whaddaya know.. this seems to be one of those dodgy sites... with no follow-up to placing the order (thankfully less than £30!!); and chasing them, I find their contact - service at fluidthread dotty com.. does not even exist, according to the mailer-daemon I got back straight away!!!
If I could – as it's a Chinese address... maybe... maybe that's a false one too!!... I'd be straight round to their office banging on their door!
BE WARNED... DO NOT USE THEIR SITE, unless you never wish to see your money again!!
