Poor customer service and incredibly expensive. Strongly recommend to book elsewhere because you will encounter more issues here compared to other booking services.

Booked a flight.
Paid.
They sent some stupid email about verifying a transaction with the bank within 30mins.
Verified the transaction within the time limit.
They then decided to cancel the transaction and refunded my money. Trouble was that it was in a foreign currency so they lost me 50$ for nothing.
Worthless. This is the first ever website Ive used that requires me to verify a transaction by using some strange method of screen shotting a transaction from the banks website. That doesnt even make any sense.
Terrible. God awful.

I have cancelled my booking and they tell me it will take up to one month to get my refund!!!!!

terrible service, my flight get cancelled, they changed my flight without my permission. never replied to me afterwards. They do not have the phone number to call only one email address and never reply to you after booking been made.

I bought flight tickets and after days they cancelled the buy, not recommended to have deals whit Fly365

I wouldn't use these guys again. Bought a return flight to bali with them. Cost $680aud. Luckily, as I didn't know the company, I paid for it on credit card in case anything went wrong. Lo and behold my flight got cancelled twice so I ended up not flying on that ticket. The airline agreed a refund but said I had to go through my 3rd party ticket seller. Fly 365 were horrible. I only received 2 replies in response to my emails to request the refund with supporting documentation from the airline. One response said "We"ll ring the airline tomorrow" and the 2nd response a week later was "we're still chasing the airline". What a load of crap. They're responses were also delayed so by the time I received their second reply, I'd already initiated a chargeback on my credit card. So I got my ticket refunded that way, otherwise I'm sure i would have lost my money to this horrible company, had I bought the ticket with my debit card.
I did see the original airline again and they said fly365 were holding my money as I didn't fly.
Lesson learnt. If it's a cheap flight, safer to book with airline direct cause if something goes wrong, better chance of getting your money back. Or buy on credit card and use chargeback (but not guaranteed). Dont buy a ticket from this untrustworthy company

This is a totally worthless company to book a flight. They misguided me about my flight from Edinburgh to new Zealand and i ended up losing £3000.
I will make sure this incident reaches at a higher level.

I’ve bought ticket to fly to LA.
My visa has been denied, I couldn’t believe.
They want to charge me 1466$ if I paid 890$ on my ticket.
Don’t waste you time and money with them.

Booked flights to LA with Air NZ via Fly365, I paid $300 less than I could find with any other site. I had absolutely no problems at all, within 47hrs of booking I was able to access my booking through AirNZ using the reference I was provided by Fly 365. I will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. Changed airline and departure time as a result of their laziness for not booking on time. REFUSED to let us change timing or cancel flights after we were forced into the time change. Just got an email asking us to pay $8,000 for the date change for a flight that cost my wife and I $4,000. Why isn't there an option for a minus 5 star rating?

Do not book with this company... I booked a trip to Thailand, they sent me an email saying to cut and paste the pending amount from my credit card using the snip function just the amount nothing else. This rang alarm bells with me. I rang them and spoke to a person who dodged any direct question I had about why they needed this information. I sent a snippet of the payment and they sent back that was not what they needed. Now I have just gotten an email saying my ticket has been cancelled and it will take 10 days for them to refund me. So frustrating.... Here’s hoping the money will come back 🤪 ZERO Stars for fly365

I booked a ticket with them and paid for the ticket.They provided me with a booking reference but cancelled my reservation 3 days prior to departure and said that they will be refunding my money. Todate no funds have appeared in my account .

Secondly, it’s costing me double the air fare now.

Nb- beware of them . I will never use this booking site ever again and warn others about their bad business practices.

My flight was cancled with fly365 and now i cant get hold of Them and had to buy a new ticket at the airport on the time of check in, completely useless!!!

Never book in advance through agents especially this one. I booked 6 months in advance and prices dropped later on for my bad luck. I tried to change the ticket to a cheaper one and I acknowledged that I have to pay re-booking fees but the agency asked me to pay dare difference! My original ticket is more expensive than the new ticket on their website and they insisted that the new one would cost me another $300. What a rip off.

Absolutely crap customer service, no empathy when airline cancelled our flights and the only other option was to return 3 days later. Very passive aggressive demeanour on the phone call.

When booking flights it states that baggage is not included and this can be done directly with the airline. However after calling the airline to do this they advised this CAN NOT be done and must be done via the travel agent. Upon further research I later found a part in their website that states this excludes Air Nz flights. When contacting the travel agent they have continued to lie, and give false information and are now trying to charge $300+ fees in order to change my booking. Extremely unhelpful customer service, they continue to not answer my questions. BEWARE. There terms and conditions are inaccurate, they provide misleading information and then blame the customer.

Bought tickets on the website, paid my money (money has come off my ccard), immediately received airline booking reference (Thai airways PER to BKK). Checked airline booking on the airlines website and it was confirmed.

Cost $300 per person less than booking direct with the airline.

This is the worst experience we had. on hold for 2 hours and never can get anyone to answer the call. and totally agreed with others. zero star for you!!!!

If I could give 0 star I would. They care about you only untill you buy tickets then no-one is interested. I had to change my original tickets to a new departure date and was told that the fare difference would be $286aud which I happily paid in addition to their and the airline rebooking fee. Then, later in, I found out that the difference in fare was $186 AUD only. Contacted 365 and they made multiple excuses basically telling me they can't do anything and are not interested in refunding me the difference. I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Waiting for an outcome
