Item was slightly damaged in a few places due to poor stitch work. But everything else was good.

After ordering a coat, paying for it and it being processed, I found out the day later that it was actually out of stock, guessing they don't have an automated stock system? I then bought the coat in a different size, arrived pretty fast, mostly okay, some of the stitching seems to be coming out, not sure if it's a defect, or has no negative outcome, may just be left from finishing it off.

Bought a jacket in a medium as most of my jackets are but it was a bit tight so sent it back Monday evening for a replacement the replacement came Friday morning which was unbelievable, usually it takes another company four weeks to refund so to get the delivery in less than four days is outstanding!!!
