Kriti and Pawan are providing very good support to the customers. Kriti was the one who helped to get a good deal during summer holidays. Also, we had an issue with Airline who changed the timing which leads to increase in transit time by another 12 hours. This happened just 24hrs before we catch up our international flight. Thank god, Pawan helped immediately and booked in another flight without any cost with the same airline and kept the transit time minimum, otherwise it could have nightmare for us. Recommend to others to reach out to them for better deal and good customer support.
