I paid around 5k for a one way business class ticket expecting a hassle free experience.

But when I needed to cancel my ticket, I was told it wasn't possible. Then, I asked to simply change the travel dates instead. They couldn't do that either. It has now been over 20 days with zero resolution and zero meaningful updates. Every time I follow up, the only answer I get is - wait. Canceling or rescheduling a ticket should take minutes, not 20 days.

Once they get your money, they do not care about the rest. If something happens and you need to cancel or reschedule your ticket, consider yourself scammed and your ticket/money gone. You will end up booking a brand new ticket.

The website is a little clunky, but the service is excellent. I needed to make a change, and they handled it within about 20 minutes.

I fly near weekly between New York and London and they consistently save me 60%+ on every ticket. I honestly try to tell everyone I know about them because it just feels too good to be true but it is indeed real. Huge advocate for them. I would invest if they’d let me!

I’ve used all the competitors and no one really compares to Basis in terms of price + service + just not totally screwing you over on changes and cancellations like my past experiences with other “cheap business class flights” sellers.

The best service I’ve probably experienced anywhere and I’ve been in hospitality for nearly 3 decades.

My experience was stellar. My personal concierge Will did such an amazing job. I had originally reached out to flybasis back in January but ultimately didn’t end up purchasing because I wanted to do some more research about how they got their deals. This time around Will called me up and explained exactly how it worked which I very much so appreciated. I truly rarely say this but I think I’ll be a customer for life. Truly an amazing product.

Super seamless experience from A-Z where they reached out to me to confirm my booking and make sure all of my preferences were taken care of.

I’ve used them 4 times now to book tickets. One trip to asia. Two trips to Europe and most recently one to Australia. They are amazing. Super quick replies everytime and they’ll always give you a better price than the airline.

Booked a flight with pets, informed the concierge we were traveling with pets. They booked the flight, then informed us after that the cabin designation we chose did not allow pets and we had to either cancel our booking and lose 20% of the cost (which we were only able to do because I got the trip protection) or check our pets below. Imagine if I hadn't gotten trip protection, they would have made me choose between losing $8000 or putting my pets in checked luggage. That's an impossible choice and a wild position to put someone in.

I don't think it takes a lot of effort to look at the pet policy on the airline before booking, and doing that would have saved me $1600.

When I followed up with support their answer was "well it's really the airlines fault so there's not much we can do" which is a really frustrating response for someone who especially paid them $1600 to get rid to screw off.

I'm sure this service works fine for most people but this was a terrible experience and if $1600 is the price I have to pay to not get burned by services like this again then cool I guess that's the cost of doing business.

Very reliable and efficient website at first

Honestly Xavier is AMAZING he is by far the best agent i have ever dealt with and i fly unfortunately a lot.
He is so helpful and understanding and available almost 24/7. Not even my assistant goes so above and beyond as he has. If you get Xavier helping you i endorse and trust this company 10000%

Customer service is second to non. 24/7 phone support answered immediately. They texted me via iMessage with personal concierge (uh awesome). Made it very personal as if I was actually rich haha. I am using them for all travel from now on.

Had a great first time experience booking a European trip. Quick fast and efficient. Will definately be back. Xavier was the best. Customer service is 5 star.

I'm the last 3 months I've booked 4 flights using Flybasis. From Thailand, through India and Egypt, to Spain and back to California. I've saved thousands and travelled in business comfort around the world. When there was a booking issue that would have cost me hundreds they found a way to find the flight I wanted for the initial cost. I've found they're the only offer that allows you to get quotes without having to back and forth with email or phone calls. I plan on using them many times now in the future.

Xavier my “personal concierge” did an awesome job making sure everything was taken care of, all my questions answered and was quick to respond to any communication I initiated. Reservation transferred to my airline account, with everything reserved, including seat assignments and preferences requested. Trust the process, these guys know what they are doing! I will be using them again for sure!

Basis provided fast, professional service. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Got United Premier 1K for 6 months. It was worth it to get the upgrades. I do miss it now that the status has expired.
