Worst customer service agents - both call center and airport office.

My flight was scheduled dated back 28 Sep 2018. (I just now find the time to review it.)
I had two bookings, with them, same airline. DMM - JED, JED - GIZ.

On my first leg of flight, DMM - JED was delayed (for 3 hours) affecting my second leg of flight (JED - GIZ). When I arrived to JED and asked for a new ticket, the agent blamed me why I booked two tickets with them. I was like? Am I serious? It was late and I need to be in Jazan that same day. I asked for a new ticket (28 Sep, 4:00 PM) and they said the can't give me and I will just be rebooked for the next day's (29 Sep) earliest flight which was 06:00 hrs. Imagine that!?

Since, I was really out of budget to buy an emergency ticket, I grabbed it. But, the agents of Fly A Deal never offered me anything for compensation! Ever! It was all their mistake.. not even a 330ml bottle of water.! Imagine that number of hours that I had to spend in Jeddah for nothing?

After few days, I received an email containing discount vouchers for flights! F%#k! I don't need FlyADeal voucher because I will never fly with them again.

This is the worst airline ever, even if it a low cost, agents must be trained to be nice to customers and not blame the poor-affected flyer! Whenever I remember this event in my life I couldn't help but to get angry to them.

Nikhil was fantastic and really helped…

Nikhil was fantastic and really helped us in sorting the issue that we were facing. He was very innovative and empathetic. I am giving 5 star rating for him and with employees like Nikhil flyfare deal has miles to go.
