When your airline doesn't want to respect regulations
Left stranded by SAS on a Sunday at 11:00 PM in Copenhagen. No SAS representative at the airport at that time and no customer service by phone.
Had to pay myself 120 euros for a hotel.
Got in touch with SAS the next day and found out that (according to them) they didn't have any obligation because the cancelation was caused by the sickness of a crew member.
Really?
I informed flygforsening.se about that, they took my case and 4 months later I got 250 euros from SAS as compensation.

I have not got any settlement!
I got the mail that the case has been settled and i should get a little compensation but after 2-3 weeks still nothing so not sure how it can be successfully done.

VERY slow progress.
I wish I had not trusted Flygforsening to handle my complaint to KLM. No payment is made, today 3 months after the canceled flight. When the case was accepted by the airline, I was asked to provide account details. Weeks pass and no money is transferred, and when I ask for progress, the response is that it has been paid out. Due to Covid, the telephone support is closed.
