Amazing customer service, and I wouldn't have dreamed of being compensated this well a few years ago. The process takes time, because it's a legal thing, but these guys have your back. It's worth noting that the fee can increase if they need to escalate your claim in Court, which I thought should be communicated more upfront, but I was amazed by the customer service and recommend everyone uses it.
