AWFUL (should I say INEXISTENT CUSTUMER SERVICE, my order did not arrived. its been a week in somewhere else. i tried to reach "flyhugz" so they could do something about it (since the carrier its imposible to reach for us clients) they answer several days after saying that "they tracked the order and its all ready delivered" i send them the actual tracking and its active and on route. they have not answer yet. A month I've been waiting and I fly tomorrow to Japan. So THANKS FOR NOTHING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Very upset over the customer service I received when calling about trying to change/update my order.
Thought I was ordering the product with getting the free mask included but I guess not
I person I talked to was very very rude to me.
I have been in customer service in some way for over 50 years, so I know how to treat people with respect.
I feel I should be compensated in some way for this.
I like the product I got, but I think I should get the mask free of charge in the matching pink color.

I ordered two neck pillow unfortunately only one came, I tried to email first maybe they could help like sending the one missing if not a refund but no one response from the support email.
product looks good and comfortable however sending uncomplete package which I paid for was not good. I hope through this review buyer willthink twice before purchasing for me seems like I paid double for one product since they only sent one pillow instead of two.

they said it shipped and said it was out for delivery on March 4, 2025 and still haven’t recieved! Leaving on april 14, and wondering. if i need to go elsewhere. very sad. i have sent three e mails and of course have not recieved anything from them . I would warn people to not buy anything from them. Buy from some one you trust ! Amazon or actually try going to an actual store.

ZERO customer service and help. I love the product but I only received half my order, missing two out of the four purchased. I have sent now four emails asking for help to replace the items that were not sent with no response. When I did finally get a response they were asking for pictures of packaging I threw away over a month ago at this point. I got HALF of what I paid for and no one will respond to actually help me or send what was paid for.

I have been trying repeatedly to reach the company in regards to my recent order. I have sent four emails. I have left at least four phone messages and responded on an ad on Facebook. I paid $75 for the Bogo neck pillows, one was a gift and I bought a Crossbody bag along with it. I only got one neck pillow. I paid for two I’d like to know where the other one is and no one will get back to me. Wanted to let you know that I did open a claim with my credit card company. They said it could take 30 to 60 days to get it back but I requested half the refund back for the missing pillow. So we’ll see what happens.
This company is very difficult to work with. I keep getting responses back that tell me I need to send them the order number which I have done and they keep saying that they can’t find my correspondence. 230 this morning. I got a message, waking me up by the way that they want me to send them the copy of the packaging which I no longer have. Maybe if they would’ve responded a month ago when the incident happened I might’ve been able to get that packaging. I am letting my credit card company handle the issue at this point and I will certainly not advise anybody to work with this company
People need to know about what I went through with this company. I did not get any results back until I listed that I was having my credit card company handle it. I jumped through hoops and sent them copies of the order and pictures of what they sent me because after a month, I no longer had the packaging that they wanted to see. After a month of back-and-forth and them insisting they never got my messages or my emails, they finally agreed to send me the missing pillow. So I have updated my experience from a one star to a three star, but the stress involving this was more than someone should deal with. But they did finally correct the problem.

My order took over 5 weeks to arrive, and was minus the free travel tips and hacks book. I had already returned home from my holiday by then so I now have an untried travel pillow. Needless to say that I am not very impressed with your service. Order number 422992.

My boyfriend and I finally got to try ours out. Pillow wrap works great while keeping your head from bobbing I all directions. I did find that mine may have been a little high so I wasn't in a completely relaxed position. The mask didn't let in any light and the earplugs worked as they should.

Well I was initially very happy with the delivery times, product when using but then the zipper broke and I immediately sent the email to say hey it's not what i expected. Especially as it was a short trip of 2 weeks and only used it for the 2 weeks intermittently when out in the community.
I sent a photo of the zipper and as yet I have not received a response, at least AI in my email reminds me that I haven't received a response. If you are going to replace it, then at least send me an email to tell me the outcome.
I did find the neck pillow really good to use, wondered if it could be engineered a little differently for different neck heights but overall saved my neck a lot of pain when i have used the usual neck pillows when travelling.

On January 5, I purchased the noise cancelling earplugs. I found them to be ineffective as they cancelled little to no noise. After contacting the company to inquire about the return procedure and mailing address, I was assured once they received my returned item, I would receive my refund. It has been almost 2 months now, and after several attempts to contact them I still have not received my refund. I would not recommend purchasing from this company!
Fly Hugz says they have no record of my interaction with them but I do have emails...
1/14 - I emailed FlyHugz and requested a return and refund, and asked for mailing address for my return.
1/18 - I received an email from The FlyHugz Team (from a different email than the support email I sent my initial correspondence to) with a NJ shipping address for my return.
1/18 - I responded to that email asking what other information I should include in my return in order to process my refund correctly.
1/26 - the email from the FlyHugz Team said to include my order number and name in my return.
1/31 - I replied to the email and stated that I had sent the return this day via USPS.
3/12 - Since I STILL HAD NOT received my refund, I once again emailed FlyHugz to request a status update and to this date, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY.

I got my package and it came damaged. I IMMEDIATELY called customer service and left a voicemail. Received no call back. I sent 3 emails before getting a reply stating the return policy was attached, it was not. Emailed back asking g to have the attachment resent to me. That again has been over 3 days. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had to try and work with. It hardly exists. I got my package on March 9th and I have yet to receive any information . Or offer of replacement, refund , etc. it is now March 22.

Bought these for my son and myself for a trip overseas. We both loved them! They did exactly as advertised, kept our necks supported, and made sleeping a little easier in economy class. The eye mask was great too! Kept out all light and is very light and comfortable!

I'm glad I allowed a full month for this wonderful neck cushion to arrive -- because it finally arrived 16 days later than originally predicted. I popped it out, put it around my neck, and pretended I was in an airplane seat for two hours on my couch. Nearly fell asleep in front of my tv! So comforting, supportive, so wonderfully adjustable -- quality fabrics and construction. Absolutely the BEST neck pillow I've ever tried. Exceeded my expectations and surprised my picky husband! Be sure to watch the ads, so you can order this at the best possible price. I see a lifetime of comfy long-distance flights ahead of us!

It was simple to order and the order arrived quickly! Lots of communication along the way. The neck wraps seem pretty comfortable just wearing them at the house. They should work great for some upcoming long flights. They are also very well made. Great job guys!

The FlyHugz pillow was fantastic! They are high quality and did their job way better than other versions out there. The Velcro is strong and held tightly. My wife just used them for a 5 hour "Red Eye" over night flight. I was able to get a couple of hours of sleep due to this pillow. My neck didn't hurt at all and that was very surprising, since I have had two neck fusions in the past decade. Also, my neck wasn't all sweaty after using it. We are happy with the purchase and grateful it worked. One word of caution, I bought it over 2 weeks before my trip and the delivery kept getting delayed. In fact, it barely arrived the day we left for our trip. It was too close for comfort. So order it early!
