I ordered b2g1 pillow

I ordered b2g1 pillow, for what should be less than $60. And going through checkout I clicked NO on the radio buttons for the eye masks and cross body bags, but got 3 of each and charged ridiculous prices. I only received 1 email and that was for the pillows. I have been treated pretty rudely by this company, and will NEVER recommend them. They are scammers.
After receiving the email from FlyHugs, this is the first response that I received where they offered to refund anything. I would be glad to send the items back to them, but since I didn't order the other things that were sent I have requested that they send me a mailing label so I don’t have to pay the shipping on items that I didn’t order. I think that’s fair, then they can adjust the price to what it should have been on my original order and refund the items that I didn’t order. I am waiting on their response.

Good quality

I like the pillar, but mine came damaged and I am having a very hard time getting a replacement. I emailed the company several times. No one returned a response to my emails yet and it’s been a week.
I hope no one else has experience what I am going through.

A very comfortable travel pillow and warm to use.

A very comfortable travel pillow and delivery was great. I also appreciate that it has a cover/bag to prevent it being exposed to dirt and germs especially through security. I found the pillow warm to wear so when the plane was warm, it was uncomfortable to use the FlyHugz.

The FlyHugz supports the neck and your sleep!

The FlyHugz supports the neck, and your head barely tilts, just barely, to the side. I wasn't sure if it would keep my neck straight, but it sure did! I am super happy I purchased this neck support for my 11 hour flight. I have never had a neck pillow that keeps your head straight! Confident and pleased with my purchase.

Product was not what I thought it was…

Product was not what I thought it was going to be nor did it function like the marketing showed it would. Requested a refund was told I would also get a 20% discount rebate if I did not send the product back. 20% discount never came through. So disappointing.

However it seems that I wont be able to wear noise-cancelling headphones at the same time, due to the high sides of the pillow. Truly Comfortable

I bought these because I am planning a trip that will have a long overnight flight. As soon as I got them I was excited. I used one today on a 5 hour car ride,fell asleep quickly, was very comfortable and had no neck pain from bad angles when I woke up. I am very happy with them.

Disgusted and Disappointed (Buyer Beware)

I placed my order on May 1, 2026, and have yet to receive my FlyHugz neck pillows. After my order, I received an email to add pillow covers, which shipped and arrived already. Unfortunately, the covers are of no use without the neck pillows. I called the support phone number with no answer, but left a voice message, but no return call. I sent an email to the support email, but no response. When I check the tracking is shows the order has been at a USPS distribution center in Richmond, VA since May 12, 2026, with no movement toward delivery. It is surprising that on the emails about the product it states 24 hour support and 60 day money back no questions asked, but it states the product cannot be used to return, but I cannot even make a decision to return without receiving. Also, if you cannot get a response from support, how do you obtain a return authorization? All the company responses for the reviews shows the following statement:
After checking our records, we were unfortunately unable to locate any emails regarding this issue, which suggests your messages may have been sent to an incorrect or invalid email address.

Great product!
