I’m pleased to share that my visa has been approved today. I sincerely appreciate the support from Flynbird Agency, especially Hidha and Hibina.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. From the beginning, I clearly explained that I was planning a road trip across Europe, but they still applied for a Belgium visa as a single destination.

To make matters worse, I was only granted a 4-day single-entry visa, which doesn’t match my travel plans at all. Even more surprising, they only asked me to arrange hotel bookings for 3 days, which shows a clear lack of attention to detail.

Their team did not provide a proper itinerary in the cover letter, nor did they seem knowledgeable about securing a longer or multiple-entry visa, despite my requirements being clearly communicated.

Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend them save your money and look elsewhere.

Flybird is very a good travel agency and been with them for over now 6 month.They had helped me and my friend for all the visa process and appropriate documentation.Hibna who is travel agent, she was great in assisting me throughout this process and giving me a appropriate communication all the time and was able to approach easily at any time .
