These guys are fraud and no need to book the tickets from this travel agency.
I booked my ticket from them , tickets was cheaper and I was very happy but unfortunately my flight was missed , when I contacted with relevant person to cancel he said that we can’t cancel and then I contacted with airline helpline , they cancelled my ticket and they said we will send your money to your ticket agency.
If these guys are processional,then they can provide me evidence and it’s my right that how much they got the refund from airline.
They gave me only 51£ without any evidence.
This is rude behaviour and fraud with us, if we are paying full ticket payment then it’s responsibility of travel agency to provide us evidence that how much they refund from airline.

Once you pay them
Once you pay them, they really don’t care whether your flight is cancelled or not. I came to airport they told me flight is cancelled, they did tell them but they didn’t tell me that dont need to go airport. They say 24 hours service and i was ring 9ish in morning but they weren’t available.

With tight time Mr Zakria have helped me so much. He arranged a good price ticket with minimum time for transit and good timing to reach to Pakistan. I also have been in contact with him even I want to extend my stay and to due with my over weight issue. I can’t believe he has so much patience and well manner while dealing with my issue. I really wish him good luck in future. I will definitely come back to him as he is very helpful.

One of the worst company i have ever dealt with. I always book my flight from direct airlines website and never had issues. One of my friends recommended them as they were cheap for him. I rung them and gave them my requirements (Airport and Dates) they gave price and I agreed. They booked it for me took the payment and when they send me a ticket dates and airport was wrong on it. Call them back they can’t find my local airport (Manchester) they said London available on the way back so I agreed. They booked London Gatwick without my consent with the same price. They lied to me not to tell me about Gatwick Airport. When i checked on online flight with same dates it showing £400 cheaper. When i ask them to change it they refuse to change it. They will misguide you will lie to you and charge you lot of money. Scam Scam Scam beware…
