Excellent all around

Excellent all around, from easy to navigate website and ordering, to the appearance and quality construction of the flags. Great customer support, too, responding to questions I had.

No reply no reply no reply Chris is illusive

Having previously had a Sqn flag made from my time as a SSM, i tried to get in touch with them over their interactive form on 3 occasions. Each time resulted in no call or email reply. I then tried a further 2 times where a woman answered and said she would pass my details onto Chris who deals with such requests who never gets in touch.

I have recommended Flying Colours on many occasions when people have been asked where i got my flag and frame from but not anymore. They appear to have gone downhill since i got mine in 2019 and the illusive Chris is nowhere to be seen.

If this is read by your company after this is written, do not bother, i will give you the same response i got from you........

Suspect Quality , Zero After Purchase Service

We purchased an Ensign for our boat and flew the product daily for 6 months. The purchase process was no issue and seamless. However after a single season the product had significant colour loss and the hem stiching was failing. This was a flag from their premium products line costing a significant amount .Multiple attempts to discuss the product performance have gone unanswered.
Much less any attempt for a customer satisfaction resolution.
Sincerely
SY Evening Star

The replica flag exceeded my expectations

Chris from Flying Colours was patient, gave advice and was extremely supportive. The replica Belgian flag, a copy given to the City of Hereford by Belgian Refugees in November 1915, was complex as it had an embroidered badge and writing on the Belgian Colours and The Union Jack on the other side. It measured 193cm x 107 cm . Chris made sure that the flag was produced as accurately as possible as it will hang in the Town Hall. The Town Clerk was also impressed. I am donating it in memory of my Mother and Grandmother, both Belgian Refugees. It arrived on time and will be seen for the first time at the City's Armistice Day commemorations at which a high ranking official will be present from the Belgian Embassy. The flag and quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service!

At short notice Flying colours managed to fulfill our order, even phoning with a rcommendation from the girls making the flags of how the design could be changed to improve them.

Friendly customer service, over all I cannot fault them!

Great product, great service, great company!

We received our banner and were blown away by the quality. From the care taken in the hemming, to the way our artwork had been reproduced, everything shouts out quality. Iv'e already had to supply the Flying Colours details to several people who have been impressed by the quality and cost of the cloth banners. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Great value, excellent quality

I ordered bunting for our promotional campaign and I am really pleased with it. Flying Colours Flagmakers were really easy to communicate with and our bunting was better than I could have hoped for. I would definitely recommend.

Probably OK with traditional flags

During holiday in Scandanavia admired long pennants frequently flown there and subsequently found ad from Flying Colours for similar pennant with St George's Cross. Got advice from them on suitable size for my flagpole and placed order. Unfortunately flag supplied was made from traditional bunting didn't fly properly (twisting like a corkscrew). When I queried this with FC they suggested ironing it! I noticed that it was rigged with toggle and cord, unlike their ad which was streched with a crossbar. I insisted they take the flag back to alter it. After several weeks waiting they returned the same flag with a crossbar. Although it flew better, I still think that bunting is the wrong fabric for this type of flag. Therefore disappointed with product and length of time to (partially) resolve
