Absolutely no customer service. Ordered two items on 03 July with estimated delivery of 3-5 days. Ten days later only one item delivered, cannot get any response from the company but yes they did take the payment of over €500 for the item
No tracking on orders. Estimate of 2-5 business days for delivery in Dublin. 10 business days later, still no sign of it. No email to apologise for delay. No answer to any of the phone numbers. Sent email and was told by Michael it would be with me yesterday. Still no sign of it. Paying over €500 for a product I expect better customer service.
