Flying grace sent pants 4" shorter than I ordered. I documented it with pics. They replied with a what good quality their product was which had nothing to do with the issue. They offered me a 10% refund and suggested I Sell them to a friend!!! (I couldn't make this up. Bank of America VISA would nt back me up even after I sent the documentation,. BOA sent me a form letter saying I needed to have a "Third Party" merchant validate my claim. I canceled Bank of America VISA . Let the buyer be where!! Unfortunately "Flying Grace" will probably just change their name and continue to cheat people, IMHO !

Another scam victim. Ordered 2 pairs of trousers received 3 'gold' coloured belts!!!
Have emailed to try and sort this out but was told it would cost us more to send back. One email even suggested we could pass them on as gifts or sell them.

I am the latest victim of flying grace they stole 81 dollars from me I ordered three pairs of paints never received there tracking states it been in Orlando fl for three weeks I honestly believe they are nothing but a online scam take my advice stay far far away if your experience is like mine they will take your money and you get nothing. They did offer me 3 dollars only not to write a negative review

This company doesn't even deserve one star. It's a scam. The sizing of the pants is way off and all they will give you is a small percentage refund, if that. Don't waste your money.

If i could give a 0 star review I would. Horrible company to deal with. Received 2 pairs of pants they don't fit. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare. They offered me 10% refund on a $60 order. Then they offered me a 15% refund and asked for a positive review. Ummm no. I told them ro give me at least 75% that i understand shipping costs and what not. Nope they offered me 30% at the most. So i just got $17 something back from them for useless pairs of pants that dont fit or look like what i purchased. They are a scam company never purchase from Flying grace! I rarely do reviews bit ill put as many bad reviews for them as possible. They steal your money

Please please please DON'T buy from this scam company site total rip off poor material poor stitching wrong size ,no refunds atrocious after sales buy at your own peril,Chinese scam site

The pants I ordered took well over a month to arrive and when I did receive it - not even close to the right size. Literally could not get them over my thighs - I wear a size 34, i am guessing these were around a size 20...LOL They offered me 10% back and told me to give them to a family member. Seriously!

I can't believe I fell for another Chinese scam company. I should have checked Trustpilot first!!
Don't believe their phony tracking site either. Just go directly to your credit card company and dispute the charges.

this company is a total scam company, ordered from them several weeks ago because it said "shipped from the USA" "shipped within 2 days of order placed" I'm almost two months from my order, still nothing, and the tracking info they sent me comes up as "invalid tracking number" which I have told them, and I keep getting a form letter from them thanking me for my business and not addressing anything I'm asking them. I paid with CC and paypal apparently is the one who processed it, and when I contact them about getting my money back, they tell me to log into my account. I do not have a paypal account.

Awaiting an order placed several weeks ago have been told automatically order despatched but still no order received this order was for aprox£50 I am a pensioner and cant afford to loose money like that but I guess they don't care who they rip off I'm very upset about this
