The flight itself was nice

The flight itself was nice, very low cost, but also cheap, the only issue I had was that they broke my suitcase, one of 4 I sent, and refused to to fix/change it despite the law forcing them to take responsibility for it.
Will sue them.

Bad company

A flight that was supposed to leave at 11:15 PM left at 12:15 AM, and it was all because of an anti-Semitic flight attendant who decided to remove a passenger sitting in the emergency seat and asked him if he knew English and he said no. Restrooms full of bags of dirt and bad staff

Je suis extrêmement déçu par…

Je suis extrêmement déçu par l'expérience que j’ai vécue lors du vol TU724 du 25 juin 2025 à destination de Paris. Le personnel de bord s’est montré irrespectueux, impoli, et dans certains cas carrément vulgaire et agressif envers les passagers. Une telle attitude est inacceptable, surtout dans un service censé garantir confort et sécurité.

Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel a gâché tout le vol. Aucune écoute, des remarques déplacées, un ton autoritaire et agressif sans justification. Ce comportement m’a mis très mal à l’aise, et je me dois de signaler cette situation pour éviter que d’autres passagers ne vivent la même expérience.

Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie, et je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de reprendre un vol avec elle.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had on flight TU724 on June 25, 2025, to Paris. The cabin crew was disrespectful, rude, and in some cases downright vulgar and aggressive towards passengers. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a service that is supposed to ensure comfort and safety.

The lack of professionalism from the crew ruined the entire flight. There was no attentiveness, inappropriate remarks, and an unjustifiably authoritarian and aggressive tone. This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable, and I feel compelled to report this situation to prevent other passengers from going through the same experience.

I do not recommend this airline, and I will think twice before flying with them again.

The worst flight company by far

The worst flight company by far
90 minutes delays + announced about a connection stop at Bucharest in a mid of a flight

I flew with them twice and it was twice too much
4 hour flight became 9 hour flight during the flight because "the fuel was low"
A real clowns

A Deceptive and Disappointing Flight Experience

We flew with Fly Lili on an organized trip from Israel to Finland, both outbound (02/03/2025) and return (07/03/2025). Although we purchased tickets for a direct flight, both flights included an unplanned stop in Bucharest, extending the flight time by 3.5 extra hours – all without any prior notice or explanation.
On the outbound flight, we at least received a notification before departure, claiming the delay was due to "bad weather." However, on the return flight, we only found out about the extended flight upon boarding, leaving us unprepared. This time, the excuse given was that the plane was "too heavy" and needed a refueling stop.
Of course, after checking, we discovered the real reason: the crew had already worked 12 hours and needed to be replaced. Instead of informing passengers honestly, Fly Lili chose to lie and provide misleading excuses.
Moreover, the aircraft was not equipped for such a long journey – there was no coffee, no basic soft drinks like Coke, and no proper service for an extended flight. The seating was extremely cramped, making the experience even worse. During the stop in Bucharest, we were not allowed to leave the plane, forcing us to stay inside under uncomfortable conditions.
In conclusion, Fly Lili demonstrated a complete lack of transparency, misled its passengers, and failed to provide adequate conditions for such a long flight. A huge disappointment – we would not recommend flying with them. 🚫✈️

Overall experience felt like a scam

I booked Brasov - Thessaloniki route with them, but flight was cancelled from their side within minutes of purchase and no follow up email/ call for any kind of explanation. Ended up calling them weekly for 6 weeks until finally refund was done.

They don't answer emails, so your best bet is to call (although whether you call RO line or EN line, they only speak Romanian).

I don't recommend you book with them, ever!

Booked a return trip before they…

Booked a return trip before they officially started their Munchen-Brasov route,but that 2 weeks before the start date they postponed the departure day by 7days,so instead of 3 week ,they turn our trip into 2weeks ,but than second time they completly cancelled all our flight.I started sending emails to them without any answers back,complete silence from their side,I've got blocked on their fb site for complaining too much,with all the rights I have,only after I started to call them they return my tickets fare,but still not received any compensation!!!!!!
So would i recommend this airline?No ,u will only play Russian roulette with them,rather choose a trusted airline that cares about their customers than flylili airline!!!!
