Been waiting for them to email me back since last year they can’t lie as I have the complete chat log in my history I email once a month sometimes more all ignored they owe me money I doubt i will see it since the kiwi and the airline confirmed they do infact have it but there withholding my refund from me I won’t be removing this review unless you want me to post the whole chat history as even the CEO has ignored the email which again I have the proof and kept it and I will happily show it back to you, to show you don’t comply

Fly now pay later did not infact either get this refund and you ignored me ever since

I just purchased tickets a day ago and still no sign of my tickets. They say the tickets should be sent within 24hrs and l I’m unable to get in contact with any service members. Flight is in a few days so I’m starting to freak out.

Cancelled our flights a few days before flying out no refund issued was sent between the Fly now pay later and this company back and fourth.

Flymble is an appointed representative of Fly Now Pay Later, read their reviews too. It's all fine unless you have a problem or need to cancel. As with other reviews of Fly Now Pay Later I am frustrated at the delay in processing a refund. Until this time the service I received was fine and I had no issues. Unfortunately I had to cancel my flight and am due a partial refund of the amount paid. I was contacted by Fly Now for my bank details and advised that payment would be made within 10 days, this hasn't happened. Since then I have not received a response or update, other than a second request for my bank details. It's unfortunate as I now probably wouldn't use their service or Flymble again or recommend them.

So simple and easy to use, helps out paying monthly when on a tight budget.

Booked flights today, or so I thought! Received the credit agreement, they took the money from my bank and NOTHING!

No communication, no response to email, £437 missing from my bank account. If I do not get a response soon I will take this further. I have already emailed support so do not ask me to do this, the best thing you can do is give me an answer, are my flights booked or send me a refund!!!
