they force quite a flight, movef me and my parents for FOUR DAYS later. didnt announce it, I learned it once began checking in.
they then lied they sent a notification, which they didnt.
then they DID send a notification, 6hrs before the flight, told me my options were agree or take the money with 10%over it, no other compensation. no apologies. I lost tonns of money obviously on 4 days in hotels in a foreign country, taking unpaid leave to take care of this with my parents, etc. Im busy suing you, fckrs

Bought their tickets 2 times and both times they were rescheduled to another day (from Thursday to Saturday) without any apologies. This company simple doesn't care about their customers, they only do what they want.

Don’t fly with this shitty “airline”. The worst experience of my life. The lowest level of everything. Probably the most unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced.

In all the time I've flown with this airline, there always where a flight delay for 2-4 hours. But this time they outdid themselves—they rescheduled my flight by two days! If you want to be sure of your vacation, don't buy their tickets.

was promised a refund in January 2025 after FlyOne Armenia changed my flight schedule. Five months have passed, and I still haven’t received a single cent.

They stopped replying to my emails, despite confirming the refund in writing. I will now escalate the case to authorities and demand interest on the delayed payment.
