I have backed CHAPTERS, back in 2020, when the world was still different. I backed CHAPTERS, because I wanted to support something that could feasibly, be a very big deal for the franchise

then COVID happened, and everything stopped. Delays on CHAPTERS started, then backers were asked to buy more, just so that shipping could be finalized due to the increase in prices, and even then, part of it was paid by FLYOS

but I'm sure most of it could've been resolved, if FLYOS actually put some thought into the process. Because the whole EU shipping fiasco could've just been resolved by not picking a joke of a company. Some problems could've been solved if proper channels were developed. Some could've been avoided if the Customer Service haven't turned hostile and tried to extort more money from people...

today, after 4+ years of waiting, which, with every ounce of rightousness i can call 5 years of wait, I've received my CHAPTERS parcel. It is damaged, due to the initial shipping company, but I won't try to get into that battle now

I've looked thru the thing I bought when I was a different person, and I can see the love. I can feel that people who made that game, love it the same way I do, and that's amazing!

I am yet to see if the game is actually fun, but i think that the 3 stars is the best I can give FLYOS now

they screwed up a LOT! but there's fire burning in them, and I want to see more from them

I just hope that they learned a LOT of things about fullfiling promises

Despite a lengthy wait, my Chapters game has not arrived, and the situation has been persisting for almost a year now with no signs of resolution. To add to the frustration, FLYOS charged me significantly for the delivery of their latest title, Werewolf, and I'm growing concerned that it may suffer a similar fate.

It appears the company's approach to supporting previous titles through the revenue from new releases, coupled with a questionable delivery mechanism, is causing significant issues.

My experience has been disheartening, and I would advise caution for anyone considering engaging with this company.
