I never received my parcel. I contacted you via several different channels but no response from you. This forces me to leave you negative feedback so that this does not happen again and that customers are wary.
Don't buy from this shop. I ordered a Redragon ERIS and they sent me a Redragon Vulcan which didn't work with my PS4. In order to return the item, I tried contacting them through email, phone, and WhatsApp. They never responded, since the day the order arrived they never picked up the phone. I thought I was the only one until I read all the other reviews and realized they are running a shady business. They are also not listed at thuiswinkel.org so you won't able to complain against them. So overall, avoid these scammers.

We do not pick up videocalls unfortunately and whatsapp calls are not always received.
We have though answered your whatsapp messages and you do not seem to be open for a solution of refunding and declined to give your order number. Now we can see your order number attached to this review and we will send you the refund and refund link ;) at last.
