I have opened a case with Pay Pal.

Placed an order on 25th April, had email to confirm the order was being processed, no other info to say items have been dispatched ?still waiting for a reply ,not impressed not happy

Great products. Good communication from the seller. The package took about 2 and a half weeks for goods to arrive. Will definitely order again.

Scam company. Please avoid! I have ordered a kids football kit, they took the money but the item didn’t arrive. They sent me a tracking number and dispatch info and after 15 working days they said the item is unavailable and wanted me to choose another one! Still waiting for a refund! Absolute joke!

Didn’t last long. One wash and the sponsor on the front of the Arsenal away shirt came off. Rubbish cheap Chinese copy

Ordered a shirt with printing and sent images of what I wanted. Everything was confirmed and I was assured it would be delivered on time for a birthday. Just received an email advising that they forgot to print and have offered to refund the cost of printing. I only wanted a printed shirt, the unprinted is not what I ordered. Now the company is not engaging and won’t provide a full refund. I would not recommend the conpany

Nice customer service had some issues but they were promptly resolved

I got a confirmation email that the payment was successful and the money has been taken from my account and they said that the payment failed i called my bank and they said that the payment was successful. I dont recommend this place.dont waste your money

Ordered two shirts for my son and as the site said i "ordered a size bigger" they have arrived and they are massive and look ridiculous on him. If I want a refund I have to pay taxes and fees which I won't be doing. Not going to use this site again.

Please avoid at all cost, I’ve been given a wrong customised item, the thread work should be red instead it’s bright orange, to which the person on WhatsApp says that’s how the warehouse prints them, however the picture on the website is clearly red, he’s refusing to give me a refund although it states money back guarantee on website instead he’s saying I have to pay for return taxes and fees and to sell to a friend

Got what I paid for....took a bit longer than I expected for delivery but the shirt was perfect and a bargain. Communication could be better....they didnt respond to my emails

I bought the Brazil special edition with Jesus on it and Real Madrid 2011-12 , THE BEST QUALITY. I love that these shirts actually are not cheap material they are breathable and actually are licensed products from Nike and Adidas! Absolute Cinema! The best prices for the best quality!

Edit: it took a week to ship and another week to arrive to UK, still doesn’t harm my review in anyway

Seemed too good to be true.
Not ! 3 Adidas branded Arsenal shirts arrived 10 days after order.
Very happy with quality at great price.

Shirt was fine, however the transfers were awful. Looked like they'd had about 3 attempts to get them on. Asked for a replacement was then fobbed off saying I'd have to pay for shipping and takes. They suggested selling it to a friend (it was personalised with my sons name). Their website clearly states a 30 day guarantee of an exchange I've heard nothing back for the last week and I can clearly seen they've read my WhatsApp messages. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!!!!
