Don't use their services

I booked a photoshoot through Flytographer and paid $325 for a 20-photo package, expecting a high-quality set of usable images.

Unfortunately, the result was very disappointing.

Many of the delivered photos capture us mid-conversation or with awkward expressions (eyes closed, speaking, or unflattering facial expressions), making them unsuitable for printing or keeping as portraits. Most importantly, there wasn’t a single good photo of me, my partner, and our child together where we all look natural and composed.

I contacted the company and asked if they could provide just 2 additional photo options from the session — a very small and reasonable request.

They refused, stating that no better images were available. The photographer also stopped engaging after initially responding.

For a $325 service, I expected at least a few well-timed, frame-worthy shots and some flexibility if the results didn’t meet basic expectations.

Instead, I’m left with a full gallery that I can’t properly use — not even for a simple family portrait.

I would strongly advise others to carefully consider whether this service guarantees the quality they are expecting.
