I thoroughly recommend FLYT PROPERTIES. If you are wanting to get into buy to let or short term lets FLYT will use their expertise to manage the whole process from start to finish. From sourcing properties to liaising with estate agents, bringing the property up to standard where necessary, getting relevant certificates and introductions to lettings agents.
In short they will save you time and money.

William sourced me a 2 bed end terrace house to use as a my first SA in late November 24, he took care of everything that was required refurb wise in a very efficient manner and had the project completed to a high standard by Christmas. I'm very impressed with the Flyt property systems and William and his team's industry knowledge, I'm looking forward to more projects together in the future.

I started working with William in 2021, and during this time, I've built a portfolio of four BTL/SA properties. William took the time to understand my long-term goals. Each time, without any sales pressure, he sourced the properties in hotspot locations, refurbished them, and managed the lettings within weeks and within budget (no surprises from the deal sheet presented).

All properties are profitable on a month-to-month basis. All I can say is Flyt simply delivers what they promise.

After having a bad experience with another sourcing company I was wary. HOWEVER. Flyt was wonderful. Handled everything from sourcing to refurb. The bookings have been great. Most months only a couple of days empty.
Completed in March. Refurb in April. First booking 2 weeks at the end of April.

Super simple from start to finish; the property was sourced with all information provided.
After completion and a light refurb, the property in on the usual websites and the first booking arrived extremely quickly. A longer booking of three weeks is also in the bag - so basically the property is fully booked for the first month it's available.
Great support and communication from William throughout, and also from Heather who is heading up the management side.
Early days but happy so far and would recommend you start the conversation with William about your property journey.

Best company! William sourced a property for us which completed early May 24. He has managed a full refurb for the property and transformed it completely with new bathroom, new flooring and carpets and painting and execution has been very smooth and within budget. It was truly completely passive and no involvement from us.

Additionally William and Heather has taken on the management of this property in July. Bookings are flying and property already hitting promised results.

William and the team did all the heavy lifting and the renovation, furnishing and dressing of the house was completed to a really high standard and in record time. William and the team are really helpful and accessible and guided us through our first property. We had bookings within a day of the property going live. Top notch company. William sourced me a property which completed early Feb 24. Since then he’s managed a full kitchen and bathroom replacement, new flooring throughout downstairs and painting throughout, and everything has been completed to an excellent standard.
Additionally William has taken on the management of another existing SA. Nothing is too much bother for him or Kirsty, both are brilliant to deal with. I cannot fault the service or the working relationship they both build. A fab company to deal with, they are highly recommended.

A great end to end service. Property Purchased in December 2023, some minor renovations over Xmas, furnished and guests moved in first week of Jan 2024. An excellent result.
