Very bad experience
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company.
First at all I've experienced that the e-mail correspondence was very unprofessional, as I had received several e-mails from different persons without being aligned.
Further more even I had received an e-mail with the confirmation of the booking no one showed up for the moving. When I called them to re-check they were very aggressive and not solution oriented. I was mostly told that it was my mistake because I had asked too many questions in the e-mails and that it was my responsibility to call them and double check even they had confirmed via e-mail.
After I gave feedback that I wasn't satisfied as a customer and feel that it is a bad customer service, I was threatened that if I give a negative review on trustpilot they will sent me a fine to pay.
Not to forget that they have called me afterwards to tell me to find a solution and call me back in 5 minutes which never happened.
I really think it shouldn't be so easy to create a moving company and if so, there is more needed than only sending around movers to carry staff. It requires planning and being solution and service orientated.
