Appalling Customer Service

For the time we were with this company, we had no contact whatsoever from our Account Manager until I queried the last invoice that I had been sent.

When we served notice, they removed the core proactive monitoring service and backup software
midway through the notice period without advising us therefore leaving the business open and vulnerable.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your service from Flywheel, and particularly surprised after your company remained a customer of ours for well over 5 years.
To reiterate our explanation to you by email: we gave your new IT provider all your passwords mid-month in response to your request that we do so, and your new provider used these to take away our access to all your systems immediately. Although this greatly limited our ability to manage your systems, and even though your invoice sent at the start of this final month of service was (and still is) unpaid, we remained available to provide telephone support from our helpdesk, should you need it, throughout the final month of your contract.
We did communicate with you by email throughout this month, as we respond to all client messages promptly. We remain available if you wish to talk to us.
We hope you are happy with your new provider and wish your business every success in the future.
