This is my additional 5 STARS from my previous review on September 24, 2021. Thank you Sol and Alexandra who were able to solve my tickets and the booking issue. They worked hard and overtime to complete our request until finished and booked. You guys are rock!!

Have dealt with Richard a few times now and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a wonderful travel experience!!

My flight was canceled due to weather, Richard was able to rebook me on another flight 15 minutes before the flight was set to leave. Not only did he get me a seat on that plane, he also able to get 10 others people on the flight as well. He is very professional and kind I will always go above and beyond for his clients.

Amazing amaaaazing service! Me and my new husband wanted to travel the world straight from our wedding and Richard was so incredibly helpful! Literally the most stressful part taken care of - he scheduled our whole trip and took care of our entire itinerary. During the trip certain flights and things went awry and Richard was there to save the day - our knight in shining armor - literally Superman - so so helpful! He must have a lucky wife :) Don’t even think about going away or booking without using Richard you’ll regret it for the rest of your days !!!!!

Richard was a pleasure do deal with. From the time I called to the booked ticket was less than half an hour. Flew to Morocco and he managed to change my return ticket through Europe as something came up last minute. Never a problem with Richard
