This is the second time I have used this company, I was given 2 options one was cheaper than the other the second one more comfortable, so I had the choice.

On accepting a booking from Perth to London, and whilst instantly filling out the booking form, the flight was "lost", presumably to another buyer. We then had to fly instead to Paris, and then make our own way to London. The flight was with Emirates, but obn attempting to claim FF points, were advised that we had bought a Qantas "redemption" ticket, for which there were no points available.
