The product is decent as long as you don't hit any bugs. I found a bug which FME acknowledged and after a month they decided it wasn't a bug. It was serious enough that the product was completely unusable because of it. Their support became combative, probably because they couldn't figure out the fix. Very disappointing, I had high hopes for the product too! I eventually had to escalate to my credit card and they decided not to respond to that claim either. If you want good support I suggest you look elsewhere!

FME is a SCAM
Bought Limit Product Quantity Per Customer Module & turns out they claim to have functionality that do not even exist in the module. The documentation includes steps which do not exist in the module.

Checked the module files and it does not even contain the files required for that functionality to work.
So they are selling a product which is incomplete.

100% Scam, DO NOT BUY FROM FME EXTENSIONS

There is only 1 person who make module , talk to you as support and reply you to chat. So there is no way you can tell his senior about the misbehave he will do with you.

I bought 1 module after that it did not work , So I created ticket. reply came after 5 days.

And after that I was stick to him for 2 month and still then he will waste your time completely .

1 funny example of this is -
He said me that the module not working because my magento orders have missing data , and when I asked what are those data which are missing then he said check your log file , I checked log file and say no error is here , then he say give me your latest log file.

I am done with this company .

I will also say you guys not to buy any module from them , you will hate after that

This is our negative experience with fmeextensions.com for Magento 2.
According to the invoice header, this company is based in Pakistan, Islamabad.
We requested the extension "Magento 2 Jobs Manager" from fmeextensions.com for a customer and took over the correspondence.

Fmeextensions.com offered that this extension is SEO ready. From their self-promotion: "Configure SEO factors for each job as well as the careers section to maximize search engine exposure".

This is not true at all in our eyes. Because SEO-Ready and SEO-Maximisation also means in our eyes that the Schema.org requirements of Google's job posting requirements are met. Upon our request, fmeextensions.com were initially willing to program this customisation for an extra flat fee.

We got the offer and transferred the sum. Supposedly, the programming was done after a few days. Furthermore, according to feedback from our developers, the extension did not comply with the Magento 2 specifications for version 2.4.2.
After 12 days we asked where the extension was. The answer was that no money had been received yet. We had to prove that we had transferred the money. After three days the extension arrived.

Then we did not receive proper product instructions and had problems with the installation and especially the settings. The very cheeky and arrogant customer service was hard to convince to help us.
After lengthy discussions and requests to finally provide the customer service that fmeextensions.com supposedly offers, another developer seemed to make a real effort.

Nevertheless, it was not possible to use the job extension on a specific page like about-us/career. The programming turned a backslash into a minus sign, so it was not possible to use the job extension on a subpage due to corporate identity. The response from customer service was arrogant and rude. How can a service provider dictate where a client publishes their pages? Our developers then commented out the sequence. And it worked. Should the "socks" in a shop end up in the "Technology" folder next time? That is great nonsense.

We cannot recommend fmeextensions.com. The highlight is still that a Zeeshan Khalid is in CC. Every time you reply to support mails, you get the message: "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender".

That says a lot about customer service fromfmeextensions.com. Not to mention the lack of courtesies like greetings and goodbyes. But this unfriendliness of customer uncentricity is also just the tip of the iceberg.

This was our first and last time working with this company. The company fmeextensions.com is in our eyes incapable of delivering professional services in a modern environment and providing 110% customer happiness. We will just stay with Amasty next time. There is a reason for everything.

I totally agree with Henk... I recently bought a magento 2 extension and after installing the extension on my Magento 2 website, things didn't work correctly, asked for the support they just trying to lose your time so you are not qualified to get the refund. But even if you are qualified they don't give the money back for any reason in the world. So even if you have the right to receive back the money as the 45 days money-back policy says. They will not give you a dame and will always try to fool you saying that we will resolve it for you asap. Don't buy extensions from them, they are a scam company and treat you very badly.

I have been waiting a month now for a refund for an extension.
I have sent 3 emails, but no answers are coming.
