We used the "Private Shop" module for one of our clients. The site has some features that make it difficult to integrate other modules, and we encountered some problems, but the support team responded quickly and resolved everything.

I purchased the "Product Images by Customers" module, installed it using standard procedure but it never worked.
I contacted support, gave them the credentials they asked for and they just stopped answering.

NOT RECOMMENDED and NOT TRUSTWORTHY at all!

As an online store developer, my experience with FME modules has always been excellent. I have several modules purchased from each client, with more than 50 stores running on the latest versions of prestashop without problems.
If I have ever had a small problem they have always solved it in the best way, they have even applied improvements proposed by me.

For the following I have to say that I will continue buying:

- Modules with good functions and stable.
- Excellent attention and lifetime support.
- Lifetime upgrades.
- Better value for money than other developers.

Como desarrollador de tiendas online, mi experiencia con los módulos de FME ha sido siempre excelente. Tengo varios módulos comprados a cada cliente, con más de 50 tiendas funcionando en las últimas versiones de prestashop sin problemas.
Si alguna vez he tenido un pequeño problema siempre lo han solucionado de la mejor manera, incluso han aplicado mejoras propuestas por mi.

Por lo siguiente tengo que decir que seguiré comprando:

- Módulos con buenas funciones y estables.
- Excelente atención y soporte de por vida.
- Actualizaciones de por vida.
- Mejor relación calidad-precio que otros desarrolladores.

FME - worst module developer. I, unfortunatelly, have 2 modules by FME. both have huge problems. modules have backend problems, bad templates and worst styles, like width at %.

Support (Muhammad from Pakistan) just waste a time and dont solve problems. the last correspondence took half a year without any results.

for example module 'Prestashop Custom Product Designer | Product Customization Module' make wrong capture at finish stage, very bad inerface at mobile devices, backend with bad UI/UX. module not possible to use at product that have variants.

Summary: just spend additional cost to choose any another mdule for save your nerves and time. Modules by FME not viable

In the ticket that I opened with their support ("Free Life Time Support") on 28/10/2023 their last answer was 5/01/2023 14:07.
The prestashop module is still giving problems, some problems were solved but others I have been waiting 192 days but they have already told me that they don't know how to solve it, so they keep quiet... I have to stay with a module that is broken and is making my log file heavier every day.

Half made modules, with features that don't work out of the box.
Then the author wants you to pay extra to get these advertised features to work.

Bought Prestashop Product Labels and Stickers Module which didn't work. Contacted suppport but they found no solution. They promised the money back, but two months later nothing has happened. I can probably survive losing €49, but it's not right to cheat people when you promise a moneyback guarantee. I can in NO way recommend trading in FME modules

FME Modules is not able to make a purchased module available in the customer download area immediately after payment has been made.
Only after repeated inquiries was I sent a link to Google Drive without comment, from which I could download the module.
The invoice issued does not even contain a full address for the company.
These points are just poor for a company that develops extensions for shop systems.
The module itself works perfectly.
Still, I would definitely never buy anything here again.

Bought a module "Top Promo Bar" Module does not work as described. Unable to set rules. Developer still not responded. Impossible to recommend and has been a complete waste of money. Don't go near and look elsewhere.

I bought one module because I saw that they give refund of something doesn't work. I use special theme so I want sure it will work. Unfortunately it doesn't. After requesting refund they stop answering! They are layers and information on their website is not true!

Responsiveness of their professional banners module helped me to increase traffic of my store. Now I am able to display my products in banners which support different screen sizes. Thanks developers.

Easy installation guide and tutorial helped me a lot to install and understand the function of one of their module Google Store Locator. Also the company has given me the discount. I recommend this company.
